In town for work and I have never been to a Jimmy Johns- we don’t have one where I’m from. I’d hear people rave about these subs but I wish I would have seen the reviews first. Got there an hour before closing but took about 2-3 minutes to look over the menu.The employee there seemed impatient waiting for me so I explained that it was my first time and I didn’t really know how to order. She quickly gave me a vague explanation, but wasn’t very friendly. Not a problem- I picked out two random subs and figured I’d just go on my merry way.The bread was HARD so I microwaved it for 30 seconds- only to start EATING IT AND SEE MOLD ON THE BREAD!!! MOLD!!! After I had already taken several bites!! What a horrible experience. Never again.

I ordered the #6 veggie sub. When I got home and opened it there was nothing but white bread and cheese. Not funny! Avoid this location.

I’m really upset with this Jimmy Johns. I understand being low staff and busy, but I waited over 2 hours for a sandwich that I never got. They called twice saying it would be on the next delivery route and finally I ended up calling for a refund because I didn’t want to eat a 3 hour old sandwich.
Placed order @ 10:21am using the app for delivery, checked the tracker at 11:00am and our 2 sandwiches hadn't left the store yet. Called, very rude person answered & said the sandwiches are made just waiting on the driver. 11:20, sandwiches still haven't arrived. Sadly Jimmy John's isn't "Freaky Fast".

This location obviously doesn't understand how to operate two drive-through lanes. Sat for 10 minutes at the speaker and watched four cars move ahead in the other lane. It's sad because this used to be our preferred location.

Worst drive-through in Jimmy John's history. Freaky slow if anything. Must avoid for lunch.. it's a sandwich, not a 5-course meal. Pathetic service, definitely won't be back

I love Jimmy John’s, eat it a decent amount. This was my second time at this location, and unfortunately it will be my last. Sat in drive through for 8 minutes not moving. Which they are busy, I get that. Not frustrated or anything. So I parked and went inside to get my sandwich. There was so much confusion and the way I was talked to was pretty bad.. “I ordered in drive through, and after not moving for 8+ minutes I decided to park and come inside to pay and pick up my food”I mentioned I had a #9 on wheat with chips. I was told I’m a stern voice to “step down to the end of the counter to pick it up” I mentioned “I still need to pay for it” (2nd time i mentioned I need to pay for my food) and there was somehow so much confusion. I don’t know, I’ve been to plenty of other Jimmy John’s here in town and have never had this bad of an issue.
