My family had recently taken a brief hiatus from Logan's Roadhouse, but after being away for some time, we opted to return and order the same meals that we used to enjoy so much. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and were instantly greeted by one of the best servers we have ever had. That talented server, Payton was professional, attentive, and fully dedicated to making our dining experience unforgettable, and he succeeded in every way. Shortly thereafter, Chris, a member of the management team, came out to greet our family, and assured us that we would enjoy a wonderful dining experience, touting the many positive changes that have been brought to this Bloomington-Normal staple . He was absolutely correct. The food was prepared impeccably, timed perfectly, and enjoyed by every member of our family. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality of the service and food, and we were already making plans for a return trip before we finished our meals. To finish this fantastic night, Trent, the General Manager, visited our table and thanked us for coming in. That was the perfect ending to an amazing evening. Every member of this restaurant team went over and above to make our night the very best, and we have already booked a large party as our means to say "thank you". I strongly recommend a return or first visit to this fantastic restaurant. We are truly happy that we came back, and we cannot thank the Logan's staff enough.

Service and atmosphere were fine but man this food was not great. Started on a high with their rolls and spin dip but then took a sharp turn with the Caesar salad. Lettuce just did not taste right and the croutons weren’t good either. Then the steak.. my steak had essentially no sear and was gray with a bad flavor. My wife was grossly undercooked and she sent it back, and when it came back it was slightly better but still not good, and we didn’t have the energy to ask for a new one. Overall, we both that a steakhouse with these prices would, idk have good steak?? Wont be returning.

Our server was really nice and helpful! Food was good. I was there a year ago and my Caesar salad felt like it was made and then put in the freezer but this visit was different! My salad tasted fresh and was very good! My steak was good and the onion rings were delicious!!

They were out of mozzarella sticks….no biggie ask for potato skins with no green onion. They came out with them on there and they took them back and just picked them off because they brought them back and missed a few. Server didn’t know some things about the sides and instead of saying he wasn’t sure and going to find out he just guessed. Took his word for it and it was wrong. Oh well

I paid $36 for two salads - advertised and described as having mixed greens and fresh vegetables. The salads came - the "greens" were bagged romaine lettuce, almost all of it was brown and white, what was green was slimy. The avocados were brown, not green, as well. I understand the supply chain issues etc. since the pandemic - but I cannot understand how a kitchen can send this out for service and expect to be taken seriously. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat - I will not be wasting any more money here.

The best part of the visit was the cleanliness of the facility.The food was subpar to say the least. Those were the mushrooms that we were served deep fried battered mushrooms. Steaks look liked they have been sitting there.

Visited Logan's for the first time in 3 years. I was a little disappointed that it took 30 minutes to get the onion rings. They did see this by the window and those windows desperately need some type of insulated covering or caulking to it reduce the draft. The food was good. I was a little disappointed in the service. But that always varies. I would definitely visit again.
