My co worker and I went through the drive thru 7/18/23 at about 11:05am. We waited almost 30 minutes and they weren't busy inside or in drive thru. My sandwich was cold like it had been sitting and my co workers bacon was raw. We called 7/19/23 at about 10:45 am and the person we spoke with, management he said, he went into a conversation about how corporate doesn't want them scheduling extra employees till noon to save on labor. That was not the best response at all. It's unfortunate because we like the food but because of the customer service has gotten so bad we will have to move on.

I was expecting to be thrown off once I saw all the conditions in the kitchen, but I was very impressed that all of the food is made in pristine conditions with pristine ingredients. We DEEP CLEAN every night and the food is good. I still eat from there regularly after my shifts. Eat here for a premium version of a panera experience.

We ate here on college visit day . At 11 people were waiting outside to get in and we decided to come back and our wait time was reasonable considering the high volume of people on site that day . Time to order and time to food on the table was also very reasonable too . Sweet tea is good . I wish they wouid have had a broth based soup as choice the day we visited it was tomato, broccoli, and another cream based . Everyone’s order was correct and food tasted good

I couldn't find it as it looks like it is inside a different building after I arrived? It was night so I left to find food elsewhere.

Pro-tip: there isn't a "labor shortage;" there's a "paying-for-labor" shortage and the horrible state of this establishment shows that McAlister's is a stingy company that refuses to pay what their workers deserve.Enjoy taking advantage of students—employees and customers alike—but I'm done eating here until this gets fixed and I'm not the only one.
I'm an ISU student and go here atleast 3 times a week. I get a lot of flex dollars with my meal plan so I got to spend it somewhere. Smokey pepper jack turkey with a chocolate chip cookie. My only problems is that they're only open on weekdays, open at 11am, and they spell my name wrong 90% of the time. But the sandwiches are far above what Watty has so this place will probably be seeing me until I graduate.
