No idea why the McDonald's around here can never get an order done thru the mobile app correct. I have even ordered a single item ONE THING. Wrong item in the bag. Literally ordered a bacon mcdouble...got a filet o fish.

they have given me too many issues.
1) they always pull me no matter what I get and these is the only one that I have ever had do this in the city.
2) they have gotten my food wrong several times and even given my food to someone else making me wait longer for my food.
3) they don't fix their mistakes when the wrong food was delivered or even pay attention to what food needed to be put in the bag.
4) the one on main Street and Beaufort is the better one.

I went during a busy time at night. Although, the line/wait was a little long, ove the experience was good. The person that took the order was very thorough and kind. The people giving the food were friendly.

Slow. Waay too slow. Door Dash drivers storming out because the wait is wrong, constantly hearing customers complaining about the incompetence. If you show up at the end of breakfast, they'll just ignore you at the counter until breakfast is over and then say "sorry, breakfast is over". They run out of things like hash browns and then substitute fries. They're lying because I've caught them. This is in the top two worst Mcdonld's I've ever been in.
