This is a very hit or miss location. One day you'll come in get hot and crispy food, the next it will be soggy and taste off compared to what it normally does. Because of the inconsistency, it is hard to recommend this place.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I found a rusty metal screw in my food!!! When I brought it up to the manager MITCH she didn’t even have the decency to talk to me or address the situation which makes it seem like this may happen often with foreign objects in the food. I called prior and she hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Everytime I come here for a delivery I have to wait 10mins+ which is ridiculous. I waited 30 mins for a DoorDash before and they was not that busy. Stop using DoorDash as a delivery service if you can not have them ready for the ones picking them up. 10 customers will walk in after you tell them your here for a delivery and they will take all 10 of those people before they start the DoorDash that been sitting there way before they came in.

Cashier/server Leslie C. was extremely rude. Did not give the discount I requested, then lied and said that she had applied it. After checking my receipt and seeing the error, she smirked and said that it was only about 80 cents and that there was nothing she could do about it. I let her know that it wasn't up to her to decide the value of my discount. She and the manager seemed to be ignorant and un caring that they are public servants and that a courteous apology goes a long way. More customer service training needed!!!

Panda Express has always been one of my go-to places to eat in any town. THIS Panda Express has the worst service out of any I've ever been to. I placed an order for pickup and waiting OVER a half hour past the estimated time twice. For the record, I've also only been to this location twice, so that's 100% of the time for me. Not to mention, both times they also missed items from my order. The second time, they didn't even add the entree item! So as for a review of the food, I wouldn't know because they didn't give me it. Seriously, don't go to this Panda Express unless you have the patience to wait an hour for an incorrect order.

I went on Friday 8/25 to Bloomington Paanda Express Nd whomever cooked tonight did a horrible job. The shrimp was not. Cooked long enough the lomein noodles were so dry they could cut your throat! Plus I paid that extra for the walnut shrimp and I got 5! They gave you a fork spoonful of rice and lomein. For $25 I got a $4 plate! I am so disappointed. I spent gas money and weathered the heat to only recive horrible food and service, because whomever fixed me a plate obviously had missed the training day. I'm just ticked!
