Order pizza 3 hours ahead of time, just for it to be late. Bongs and blunts 1st, I guess. I certainly wish that I could screw up MY only job and still get paid for it. Nope, I'd just be fired.

Today and last Saturday put in delivery orders ahead of time and both orders were considerably late. People set up delivery times because they are coordinating lunch schedules or events. It's very poor business to give someone the option of setting up a delivery time when you are incapable of abiding.

I tried placing my order online but my app was having problems. So I phone my order in. The first person I talked to was unknowledgeable about Papa John's menu so i told the person I would call back and when I did I talked to a different person and they were very rude to me. So for now on my family will be taking are business else where.

not cool! I ordered delivery. paid for it. and they never delivered it and now they are closed and no one is answering. worst experience I have ever had with a delivery service. now I have to fight the charge for food I paid for and never even got to eat. way to go papa John's. Such a disappointment . especially when traveling long distances and not eating all day.

Today has been the most difficult/frustrating time I have had with this location. The two guys making the pizzas at this place, are the most incompetent employees ever. The order said it will be done in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, when I got there 30 minutes had passed from the time I placed the order and they hadn’t even started making the pizzas when I arrived to pick up my order. they said oh my bad we didn’t see the order,it will take another 15 to 20 minutes them while smirking and making a joke about it the entire time, what a pathetic excuse. Papa johns please train you crew right so they don’t waste people’s time. I don’t recommend this place at all. There’s plenty of other better pizza joints around town, save your self from going through the same experience as I did and go somewhere else.

Ordered a large pizza with epic garlic crust sausage and bacon the crust was burnt also Ordered cinnamon pull a parts they were also burnt I'll never get papa John's again wasted 36 dollars including tip.
