Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and a slush. The burger was dripping blood. The french fries didn’t look like they had even been in the deep fryer. The girl who took my debit card, ran my card printed the receipt, then walked away around the corner with her phone in hand, and then comes back a minute later. Had to microwave my french fries to even get them warm and reheated my burger so it would be cooked. Worst tasting sandwich I think I’ve ever had. The french fries weren’t much better. They were basically raw. I will not be going back.

A double burger with bacon and cheese was just right for a rainy day in Bloomington. The sandwich was so large I cut it in half in order to have not only lunch but supper. Smiling service at the takeout window and the burger was ready within a few minutes. 15 stars!

Terrible customer service. They will short you on chicken tenders or fries. I got food poisoning once at this location, so I stayed away. I was back not too long ago to just get a nerd slushy. No way they could mess that up. They gave me a cup of ice and barely any flavoring or nerds! I simply said this is not what I ordered. He closed the windows and looked back at his crew, saw them all laughing. He said he would remake that. I said no thanks, please give me a refund. He shut the window again and ignored me. I took off and went down the road to steak and shake. Go down the road to steak and shake off of veterans. Might be a wait, but they have not disappointed me.

I'm rating Sonic a three star just because there seems to be huge issues with management as of recent.The staff are incredibly nice and work well with the cards they've been dealt, but the constant staff shortages reflects poorly on the people in charge.They rarely take orders online now which is my preferred method of ordering because of staff shortages.

I went through drive-through tonight. Had a pretty decent sized order. I get up to the window to find out that they handed my kids meal out to the wrong car and was asked if I wanted them to bring in a new kids meal which I get it mistakes happen I then had to wait another four minutes for tenders for the kids meal and then I get home to see this is how the large fries are. That was a waste of money. I spent $28 and this is all I get for fries.Edit: I contacted support about it which was a little bit of a joke because I paid for 2 large fries both of which where barley half full and they offered 1 free medium fry to make it up which I’m sorry that’s kind of a joke when the customer paid for 2 large they should receive 2 large. I will never be returning here again.

We went to the drive through 30 minutes before close for just a dr. Pepper. We were laughing in the car and waiting to hear a response from an employee. We are greeted to “you can leave” so we leave out of confusion. We go back through to ask if they said that because we were loud or if they were actually closing. She greets us again, and tells us she’s tired of “dealing with children in the drive through” she was extremely rude and we’re just a couple of nice teens trying to enjoy our night. She has put a bad taste in our mouth. I called immediately to speak to the MOD to explain our situation. She told us she was the MOD and she isn’t going to help us. I will not be returning to this location, I’m going to try to call another time and hopefully get a different MOD. but as of now I do not recomend this location at all.

However, the recent inconvenience of frequently closed stalls due to staffing issues has been a notable drawback. This often leaves the drive-thru as the sole option, leading to longer wait times. Additionally, there seems to be a lapse in general maintenance, exemplified by a malfunctioning screen in the drive-thru displaying an AMD boot screen instead of the menu. While the staff is typically friendly, there have been instances of impatience. Despite these drawbacks, Sonic remains a reliable choice for its delicious offerings, and I hope to see improvements in the overall convenience and maintenance aspects in the future.
