One of the better ones around. They didn't question my name when I gave it.
I came here on the free red cup day and it was absolutely packed. Despite it being crowded I was so impressed with how well all the staff did ! Everyone was so nice and Nathan did a really good job. I know it can be hard to be u see so much pressure but they all did a good job!

Basically running behind way longer then the app says every day, but 20-30 min LONGER on Fri-Sun until 1pm. Good area also not kept clean during those times either. Easily 20-25 customers standing inside waiting. I wish they'd just be honest on the app about wait times so we can plan.

If I could give 0 I would. Their online orders are constant 20-40min beyond what they say when you order. Today there were no less than 30 people waiting. The manager ignorantly was asking people's names and then "pushing yours up" while people 5-6 deep in the crowd had theirs pushed down in doing so. Pure moronic ignorance by that manager and store. Pathetic.
