Personal opinion: automation has fundamentally changed the experience of dining here. The food is mostly the same, but the mandatory kiosks to order mean that it is harder (or impossible) to customize the order in ways that were previously easy. The staff is so focused on the grill that asking for condiments (like mustard) is a problem.

Restrooms are covered in dry sticky urine and smell like they haven't been cleaned in the day. Tables and floors are dirty, dividers between tables are splattered with unknown liquids. My order was forgotten about while I sat for 20 minutes, they closed the ticket after sitting my milkshake out and not calling the ticket number.

Order delivery. I personally called and asked them for no cheese on burger and that was my only request and I got cheese on burger which we can not eat due to allergies and the lady on the phone acted kind of like she cared but with a little attitude. But I called before order was made. Won't order again.

Food was good but not the Steak 'n Shake I worked at b4 and loved. Gota get your food now and shakes. No one to sit you down or talk too.
Used the drive through. Good food. One sandwich was missing from our order, they fixed it right away.

The place was a disaster. No staff wanted to help. Didn't get what I ordered and no staff would answer me and fix it. They didn't even care that I am disabled. Was totally ignored. Will never go back ever again.

Horrible experience. Spent 30$ on 3 small meals. The seating area was nasty, the bathrooms even worse. Our food came out wrong, and the manager got downright angry when we asked for it to be corrected. When our food was correctly made, she just threw it on the front counter and stared me down. When you purchase a drink you are given a QR code which will let you have exactly 1 fill of your cup; the staff will not give you any refills for your 3$ drink. The manager was absolutely horrible.
