I was provided soda while picking up my order from the drive thru window. Came home and realized that it had NO ice. I called the manger and inquired if they had a problem with their ice machine. She indicated that they did, and I asked her why the person at the delivery window did not provide me a heads up. No answer was provided. I was then informed that they fill the ice from the lobby and she did not know why it was not filled in my cup. She offered to provide a refill with ice if I were to drive to that location again. Given how ridiculous that redressal was I requested them to provide better customer service instead!

Beefy melt burrito is just rice and nacho cheese. So skimpy on the meat it literally feels like they forgot to add any. Food is only slightly warm not hot. The employees are friendly though.

They put tomatoes on something that doesn’t come with tomatoes, and I’m allergic and luckily I saw before I took a bite. Honest mistake, but try to be better at that as you don’t know someone’s allergies! I can not eat the taco now :( as if there’s tomato all around in
