Worse place I've even experienced to get food from here's the CONS!1: Nobody speaks English2: they always never put everything in the bag.3: No body there has common sense at all.4: I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER LOCATUON IF YOU WANT WENDYS!!It took them about 25 mins to understand that my bag needs 3 baconator fries, 1: son of a bacon actor, and 2: 6 peice chicken nuggets(spicy) lol it took them 6 attempts even from looking at the receipt to get it right!!!

I ordered the new maple bacon chicken meal on my way to work. Bit the sandwich and my chicken is raw inside. Called the store and voicemail is full. Ruined my meal and made me a lil sick not happy at all!!

Tried to order online, there was an issue with my account, and a guest account, on both mobile (android) and pc. So I came to the drive thru in-person and they had me waiting 5 mins to even take an order with one car there - one other customer. Left and McDonald's right next door was happy to serve me with zero issues or hassle to order. They also had specials on the website the location wasn't offering. Not worth it with literally 30+ fast food options within 1-minute of here.

This place sucks. Everyone else is open for walk up or order in except these fools. They want you to pay a delivery service of pay 7% handling fee to call ahead.So, I try again, one month later. I call ahead. I ask if the dining area is open. I was told they were. So I walk up, in the sun and heat. When I arrive, the doors are locked. I go around and stand in the drive through, as they have made people do before. They won't serve a walk up. They blame being short handed, which is the excuse they always give when they screw up. Wasting my time. It is constant with these people.So moths later I give this place another try. Dining room closesd, walked up her for no good reason. Tried to call, but they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Corporate needs to come in and do a reset. Staff sitting in dining area pretending they don't see customers. And why not put a sign on the door saying the dining room is closed. Please just go out of business so something decent can move in.

Hit or miss on the drive thru for quality or correctness. But the last time I went inside, super friendly staff and timely food prep. And everything was correct and delicious!

There was hair in my food. The staff looks poorly groomed and unkept. Poorly managed and the managers and most of the employees don't speak fluent English. Do yourself a favor go to the Wendy's on Raab Rd. It's cleaner, better customer service and the employees speak English.
By far the worst ran franchise in town. Slow service. Rude workers. And NEVER open when their posted hours say they're open. I'm not sure how this place is still running.
