More than helpful on the different sweets,Cannoli's were delicious and made to order, fresh! Everyone friendly, took my order with a smile...and a cookie for my grandson! :)Kid-friendliness: Person who took my order offered my grandson a cookie, sweet.
This small, cramped bakery is listed as having the best donuts in Chicago. Too many people waiting made taking photos impossible. A good sign. I saw fresh breads, cold pizza, lots and lots of Italian cookies. Nice variety of fruit pastries too. L bought 6 cookies and some donuts. The donuts are great but didn’t last long enough to take photos.

Been going there since 1974. They are the best bakery. Heaven knows how many canolli I have eaten. But their zeppoles for St. Joseph Day will not be outdone by anyone else. Try their chocolate donuts too. Whatever you choose you will not be disappointed at all.

Allegrettis is the best!! They did such a phenomenal job with our wedding cake and desserts, our guests loved everything and raved about it all night!! The giant cannoli's were a huge hit and a great touch that everyone enjoyed. We have been going to Allegrettis for years for their desserts, chocolate donuts & pizzas. Very special for them to do our wedding cake and we highly recommend them to everyone!!

I absolutely loved this cute little bakery! I ordered the lemon meringue, black forest, and cherry cakes and can proudly say that me and my family loved all of them. The staff Isabella and McKayla were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this bakery!

Love your chocolate donuts, so decided to buy our paczki's there. I was disappointed as you used strawberry jam instead of fresh berries and when they packed them, they had them on their side instead of laying flat in the box, all the filling came out and was stuck to the bottom of the box. I'll stick with your birthday cakes and chocolate donuts, but give my paczki business to another bakery.
