Some of the best and freshest fried chicken anywhere. The menu is simple yet there's more than enough to chose from for your meal. The restaurant is small and pleasant. The chicken features a very tasty coating recipe; it's easy to see the owner really cares about quality and taste. The crispy Nashville hot chicken sandwich is better than what you'll find in Nashville ! Fast and friendly service. Support small local businesses that really care about quality !

This Angry Egg is definitely a hidden gem! Their chicken is popular! It is very crispy, flavorful, and yummy. From its breading up to the whole part of it, really tasty! No wonder why lots of their customers keep coming back over and over just to grab some of it. They have the best Fried Chicken I have ever had! I also want to try the Chicken & Waffles next time. This place is cozy, nice, and organized. Their tables and chairs are perfectly aligned, their decorations are interesting, and the vibe inside the place is amazing. Their exterior is also nice and bright. Very convenient and enjoyable spot. Their staff is friendly, decent, nice, and attentive. They got my orders correct and even served them on time. The food is still hot and fresh upon serving. Really great customer service. I can really tell that they really love what they are doing. Their serving was large and generous. I was really impressed. Their side dishes are also great. Their sauces are homemade. Everything was great! I recommend ordering your food ahead of time and with that, you can enjoy your food right away. Angry Egg is a must! I am a fan of them starting now and will continue to support them. I will recommend them to all the people I know. Hopefully, next time I go back I can bring my friends or family. They will definitely be going to love this place. Angry Egg is absolutely great! Give it a try! Can't wait to pay a visit again. Thank you Angry Egg!

If I could give this spot 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! Amazing customer service and an even better chicken sandwich. Cooked to perfection! Will definitely be stopping by for some more chicken sandwiches! PS, definitely recommend the grilled bird!

Wow! What a great little spot for a great chicken sandwich. I got the angry egg sandwich and it was awesome. Thick cut bacon, perfectly cooked egg, and a soft brioche bun. Then there was the chicken…. So tender and just the right amount of spice. Sure hope I’m working near here again because I’m stopping every time I’m in the area. P.S. grab extra napkins

Great no frills Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Very basic menu but every thing I had was tasty. The chicken sandwich was big but it had a nice bun which could handle it. As with all Nashville chicken sandwiches this is not low-calorie food. Delicious but greasy and may be habit-forming. The Mac and cheese was also solid, very creamy. This is the definition of small business that needs to be supported in Chicago. Chick filet has nothing on this place when comparing flavor or quality of chicken. Mom n pop, or in this case mom n mom shop.
