Terrible, Miserable, and Disgusted with the Shrimp here that the (OWNER SAID WAS GREAT)!!! It was nasty and not cooked and the breading was falling off of it. The pizza was undercooked and sausage was nasty. This Place is the absolute worst in the tristate area. The owners think they’re connected and told us to order from somewhere else if we’re not happy with his garbage food. I tried to just get a new order of shrimp sent over but that was to much trouble I guess. BE AWARE EVERYONE PLEASE PLACE IS OLD AND PLACE IS DIRTY AND OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALL RUDE!!!!!

Disappointed. I recently started ordering from them after many years apart. So I went to order again. I placed the order and was told that I needed to come down to get the pizza. I ex plaines just cancel the order then. I am sick and can not come down. They said okay. FYI, Last time they brought the pizza to the door. I ordered from some place else.

Manager Suddenly said they stop delivering to River Grove, claiming it was too far, been ordering for almost 15 yr since I moved to River Grove. But have been a customer since late 80's. Lots of other pizza ? near by. So long annetti'

So I ordered a pizza for the first time. I didn't tip the driver. It's up to you to tip.the driver not no one else. The person working in the inside called me asked me is there a reason I didn't tip his driver, I asked is there a reason you charge $30 for a small pizza. He called me a bitch saud he will never deliver to me again. What's funny is he won't make money from me. I even asked is there a reason you're not paying your driver enough money, give him a fucking raise. He should appreciate I the customer bought a pizza. I don't get tip at my job, the tip is in the price they overcharged. Karma is lovely

Been going for 24 years and it looks like it was sold... My last three orders have been under the new owner and sadly I have been disappointed... they were never cheap, but you went for the taste. Now everything just tastes different and just as expensive.Update... the owner replied with some weird passive aggressive comment about my family liking their pizza but no longer talking to me. It's really weird...
I grew up on Annettis pizza!!!! This place has lost its touch !! The pizza sucks and so does the service! Not the same !
