“I should have first taken a picture of the really well packed, circularly laid out fruits in the Açaí bowl with mango that was put together by Maria. I had used the app to place the order on weekend for future pickup at noon. Not only was it on time it was cold and super well laid out. Well done Maria!!“
“First of all, the amount of reviews that are meant for the OTHER location is annoying, it's over half of them. Please make sure you are writing a review for the Touhy Fruity in the HIP MALL. Anyway, this place has GREAT food. The spicy ramen and shrimp springs rolls go hard. Bubble tea is delicious. However, service takes FOREVER. I called in for 3 items, came by around 20 minutes later like they said, and I still had to wait about 10-15 more. Whenever I'm on my break (I work at this mall) and get a bubble tea, I spend half my break just waiting for it. Might as well go to the FroYo place 2 stalls down if I wanted quicker service. If the problem is being understaffed, why not just hire more people? I didn't see a hiring sign anywhere. That being said, although slow, the employees ARE friendly. The girl with red/orange hair who pronounces "cilantro" in a Spanish accent is my favorite. Super kind, very approachable, very cool. Also like the guy who looks to be about in his late 20s-early 30s, pale, facial hair, maybe was a cook? I've only seen him once but I really liked his attitude and the way he spoke to me when orders seemed to get mixed up. NOT a fan of the older man who works here. He made things a little complicated, when I asked him for a mall employee discount he said "Oh, we don't do that anymore. No one does!". ?????. This mall has been doing this for YEARS, what are you talking about? All of a sudden we've stopped? I got the feeling he was lying. When I looked over at the other employee working they also looked at him weird, which confirmed my suspicions. When they were prepping my order he seemed to mix things up and confuse everyone, including me, the person who MADE the order. I will not be ordering if I see this man behind the counter again. Overall, very good establishment, unfortunately some hiccups here and there. Hope the slow service issue is fixed at some point.“
“Stopped in here for the first time and was wowed with the best horchata latte I've ever had. The owner was so nice, and you could tell how much thought went into the space. Breakfast Burritos were labeled with protein amounts, there were cute little trinkets, and there's even printing available! Seems like the perfect cafe for working from home if you're looking for a quiet spot.Can't wait to try the crepes and empanadas the next time I swing by.“
“Fantastic place to spend a few hours with friends! Got the 6-person Turkish Coffee set, and we had a great time sitting around a table and chatting while waiting on a layover flight. Owners are super friendly and super accommodating of needs. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in town!“

“Lovely, colorful cafe! Hot chocolate and muffin were delicious and very affordable. There are neighborhood flyers and unique goods for sale. It feels like you’re part of the neighborhood while you’re there. Very welcoming staff. There was someone studying while I was there; great spot for getting work done or catching up with friends. “I have been to Pantera Superfoods on multiple occasions for smoothie bowls. Their bowls are delicious and the owner is so kind. I am so excited to have this place in Edgebrook. I used to drive to Bucktown for smoothie bowls. Great option on the NW side for a healthy lunch.“
“Recently ordered a smoothie bowl and forgot to mention my food allergy. Instead of attitude from staff I was met with perfect accommodations and friendly attitudes. She stepped away for a second to clarify with her coworker to see if any of my allergens were added into my bowl and remade it for me. 10/10 for accommodations and service.“
