Poor service by the waiters always very rude and unwelcoming. But I must say managment is always on top of it and make sure everything is ok and well handled so it makes up for the poor waiters in a way and that's maybe why we did come back more than once.Update: downgrade this from two stars to one. Gave it a second try after a horrible experience per my kids requested and we were treated with the same rude unwelcoming attitude. Host on the entrance didn’t even bother to accommodate because it was too much work for her to add a table and then proceeds to put coasters under one of the tables so that it doesn’t swing which resulted my my son slipping on!!! We walked out decinding not to eat there because clearly you can’t trust to eat at a place the isn’t hesitant to show how nasty they are on the outside so imagine what they do to your food while no one is watching.

I went to have lunch with my mom today. We had ordered 2 steak dinners. Hers contained a baked potato, a salad and she ordered another side of corn. I ordered a potato a salad and broccoli. When our steaks were brought out, our steaks were not cooked to our liking. We had ordered medium and had gotten well done steaks. Our server, Kelly whom was the light of the whole experience took our plates back and had them remade. Well towards the end of our meal we had noticed that the corn was never brought out to us. Also, finishing my strawberry margarita, I went to eat the strawberry and noticed mold on my strawberry! I drank the whole margarita with a moldy strawberry in it. Once I noticed the mold I instantly became sick and just stopped eating. I had called the manager over to the table and explained how our steak was not made correctly, how we never received the corn, and the worst part, the mold on the strawberry in the drink. She had no response to the steak nor the corn. Her response to my moldy strawberry though was pathetic. She elaborated that the bartender probably didn’t look at the strawberry and just threw it in the drink. I told her that that is unacceptable and that they need to check their food. She just continued to explain how they supposedly get the strawberries fresh “daily.” The manager never offered to take drink nor the corn off the bill. In fact she just turned around and walked away after stating that the strawberries are fresh which clearly aren’t. Anyways, our server Kelly kept apologizing. Clearly all of these issues were not in the power of our waitress. Kelly our waitress took the margarita and corn off the bill. The manager should be doing more apologetic then the waitress. It’s her store she’s running and honestly it’s pretty crappy. People need to do their jobs and cook peoples orders and do peoples drinks right. The manager needs to take her job way more seriously because I’m sure she wouldn’t like receiving a moldy strawberry at a restaurant either. Let’s hope I don’t end up with food poisoning!

Found a big fly in our Caesar salad. GROSS. Clearly poor food prep and not washing greens is disguising. Also overheard 3 other tables having complaints during the <1hr I was there.Rest of food was good but place seems in disarray.

Spring Joy

Went for dinner yesterday and had a wonderful waiter Dion! Food was very good and large portions! Definitely recommend and will be back! Not only are their steaks good, but their salads are amazing!

Will NEVER come to this location again solely due to the rude and unprofessional manager. We were accidentally charged for a side of corn and she came over to our table and said “oh we’re just giving free stuff away?” along with rolling her eyes at us. She was so rude and condensing and made our experience very stressful. I feel bad for anyone who works under this woman. Horrible management.

The hostess was terrible ( not the server) she didn't even ask me if I wanted a table or booth when she put the menu down on the booth I turn to tell her I wanted a table and she was gone. So I went and sat at a table that no service was at. I sat there for 15 min before i asked a server where is my waitress. The hostess didn't even come back and tell me that I was not sitting in the right place.While I was sitting here I also witnessed her do the same thing to another couple who she did the same thing to. Im busting her out name Tiffany. I approach her when I was leaving and she actually wanted to argue with me like she was right. I just don't understand it. No training??? No hospitality? Shame on you Longhorn!I knew I should of went to Gibson or Mortons better quality and better service. You get what you pay for. I shouldnt even mention their name's Longhore does not even measure up to them.Another thing I had a waitress take care of me that was not even in her serving area.What a delight she was..and was compensated. It's going to be a while since I go back there.

Food was decent but customer service was not great. Our server was great but the other server that was not ours gave my family and I a hard time. She was rude and we had an altercation where she told her manager that we must want a discount. When the manager came I explained how the server was rude ( again not our server) and how she started a verbal altercation with me. Manager seemed more confused as she stated the server had given her a different story… obviously! Then proceeded to ask if want a discount. NO!!!! As a family of six we came to enjoy a birthday lunch and were well aware that the bill would be pricey. My issue was for the next family that came to celebrate an occasion and encounter the same rude server.Stinks when you pay for over priced food where quality is not the same either and then have to deal with poor customer service! We paid the $200 bill, tipped our server and jetted out!
