24 minutes of waiting in line with only 4 people in front of me. Absolutely terrible staff. Went to the Sbarro next to this location and got served and damn near finsihed my meal before the gentlemen in front of me in the panda line finally got served. If you don't like working at Panda then I suggest you get a different job.

They need a whole new management team at this location. It's makes no sense every time I come to this mall they don't ever have nothing out to sale only orange chicken like people want other options. It's 1 PM in the afternoon and they don't have no fried Rice out talking about they aren't gonna start selling until the evening. Like I understand, you guys don't want to waste food make small bundles. This location is horrible. They need to get rid of it or like I said get a whole new management team.

The staff that was there on the weekend was really nice, fast, and handled everything like pros. Only reason I gave it -1 star is because the orange chicken is hit or miss here. Otherwise everything else usually tastes good!

There's a common food area with other fast food restaurants, so if you're with someone who doesn't like Chinese food, they are welcome to get a burger, fries or wings from other vendors. There are long lines and the area is crowded on the weekends, but on Thursday it was almost empty. I enjoyed their food, as usual.
