Great overall experience. We ordered food to go and there was a mixup. Liz, the manager was extremely attentive and made it right. Everyone, from the person who took our order (though she misunderstood my order), the food preparers and the manager Liz were all very kind and helpful. Thank you again Liz. We'll be back!

There are I love the excellent breads, some delicious soups, I don't care about the price when they serve us well with top-notch food and the bread and the sandwiches are delicious.

The place was kinda dirty, tables needed to be wiped off and the carpet vacuumed. Food for two I spent 40$ a pizza, soup and two drinks. I'm old skool so it seemed a bit pricy to

The people are very kind, and there is nothing wrong to be said.HOWEVERWhy did you have to discontinue the Chipotle Bacon and Chicken Flatbread, as that is the only reason I go, It is easily the best thing on the menu. Please bring it back

I really love his location. It is definitely a neighborhood diner. I usually go on the weekends for coffee and breakfast. The staff is very nice, they know the customers by name and the usuals gather or see each other because they live in the neighborhood. I like Panera and I'm a subscriber. Being in the city, I don't get to see a lot of Panera Bread where you can sit and eat. I always take the time to have a coffee and breakfast on the weekends at this location. Great vibe, quality of food is great and overall, great environment. Thank you to everyone at this location.

My family likes Panera Bread because the standard is kept no matter where they are located. First time at this Panera on Harlem & Irving Park mall. The food was as expected. The service was friendly and fast, BUT the Atmosphere was deplorable. I used the man's restroom and it was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day. The carped and the tables were dirty. Papers and food drops everywhere. I have to say, I have never been at a Panera Bread like this so I won't hold it again the corporation, but against this particular establishment. I don't think I'll be back from the notion that if your restrooms and your eating areas are less than desirable then is your kitchen clean?

Slowly removing anything worthwhile off the menu and replacing it with poison like the toxic tasting black forest ham. Go ahead, try swallowing that garbage. They keep offering 20% off gifts cards and 25% off orders, doesn't take a genius to realize their food is overpriced junk. This isn't the quality of food you expect when you think of panera. Done with it.
