Ordered my pizza via the app when I arrived it was ready littlerly 15 minutes later there was only one guy working. He was very professional and upbeat and outgoing. The restaurant was very clean my food was fresh and pipping hot and delicious and made correct. he asked if I need plates or napkins which I appreciated. He is a asset to pizza hut and this location.

I had not been to a pizza hut in many years.I decided to go yesterday and I'll tell you, it's pretty darn good.The pizza was good and the staff is fantastic here.I'll be coming again soon.

The workers and food were great but the ordering process is the worst experience ever. When you call in to order you have to deal with a call center. I tried doing the PI day buy one get one free pizza and she said they didn’t do it but when I came in the guy said they did do it. She also told me the price was around $85 and when I went to pay the bill was $101. She also had a hard time understanding what I wanted. This has to be the worst call in order experience ever! The guy at the register was great in explaining the situation and I honestly feel bad for him because he says this happens all the time and I’m sure customers will blame it on him even though he is not at fault. Please fix this!

Today me and my friend was craving for Pizza hut cause it's been a while. We went here at this location, first off all nobody even on the front to take our orders we've been in the front for almost 10 mins and we saw one of the employee at the back preparing a dough and his jacket/sweatshirt sleeves is sticking on the dough he was preparing. It's gross. Not recommended to eat at this location.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I am really aggravated. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We walked in and there was one guy working the front and one couple in the place. He told us to seat ourselves. Fine, instead of following us with silverware and menus he screams out “don’t you want your menus?” We wait at least 15 minutes with 2 very hungry young children for NOT A SINGLE PERSON to approach our table. My husband spotted a server sitting on his phone on the counter. He noticed us and ran to the back of the restaurant. I would understand if the place was busy but there ONE COUPLE in the restaurant. They weren’t even approached by their server in the time we were there. Clearly no one there cares about making money because we walked out with even ordering. Utterly ridiculous. We get better service at the carry out place by us. It’s still slow but the one lady that works there is kind and efficient. Will not be returning to this location.

If you love burned breadsticks and at least two pizzas that were supposed to be pepperoni missing every piece of pepperoni, then order from this location! This is the second chance we’ve given them after they blew the first with cold pizza at a pickup. For the 2024 new year, order somewhere else.

This please has great customer service. I placed an order for delivery. One of the pizzas was incorrect. They were the ones that caught it and contacted me to give me the option of getting credit or sending the correct order.

Their delivery driver left my pizza outside in the cold and delivered it to the wrong address when I called the driver he was very evasive and wouldn't even tell me where he delivered my pizza and hung up on me after stating he delivered it to the address on the order when I finally found my pizza a few doors down there wasn't even a receipt

The manager (JAYDEN) was definitely rude and did not give good customer service after telling him that we did not place an order over the phone for Cinnabon that we were charged for. Instead of him assisting us he said there is nothing he can do, when we asked for the manager he said I am the manager… we called corporate but was not able to be help since no one answer and would have to go on the web site… Very poor customer service. We were charged extra for nothing for him to pocket the money for himself, the explanation he gave us did not make sense

It was too cold in there.And I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was very messy and it’s stink it was very dirty. The tables and the floor was very dirty I don’t recommend eating there.???

I remember a time when Pizza Hut was a staple for families in the United States, that offered a family friendly environment with good food at a decent price. While the "decent price" has gone out the window and the recipe is a bit different this location is one of the only remaining pizza hut establishments that offer the dine in experience and for that I applaud them. The staff is friendly, the food is of decent quality, and while it could be a bit cleaner, we as a community should support establishments like this that offer a place where we can come together and spend quality time while enjoying a slice of pizza.
