I'm sorry I should have put this in befor. I don't remember our waitresses name but she was awesome she actually had a very nice conversation with us before we left. You should be happy that you have good help these days and that she was very good.

Went on Saturday night, no wait with on-line reservations. I ordered the Ultimate Feast with Lobster and Shrimp. Lobster was good, but something happened to Walt's shrimp, it shrunk! Very disappointed in that, used to be much larger and tastier. Also the biscuits which we look forward to, were very bland, did not have a cheesy taste like they used to. Was not happy with the fact that the salad was not included as a side and now has an up-charge. First ordered mashed potatoes which were terrible, then was able to get a baked potato instead, much better. Please look into these issues. I want to continue coming there.

I went in and got a table for three with a high chair. Unfortunately it was 20-30 minutes and no one had walked up to our table. They had sat a party of 8 or more people behind us after we had been there for 5 minutes and they received water and then their drinks. We decided not to ask for a waiter and just leave. As we were walking out the tables that were empty when we came in had their food and drinks while no one ever came to our table. As we were walking out the gentlemen at the front desk said “thank you” and I said “I just want to let you know we were sitting there for over 20 minutes and no one came to our table so we are leaving” his response “ok”. I wasn’t rude but I was stern and with the response I received I should have asked to speak with a manager. It was 2pm on a Saturday when we went.(Received two stars because I have been here a few times and the food has been good)

Food was decent. Not quite up to red lobster standards. But good. Our server and all the other staff were amazing. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Probably just an off night for the chef. Would definitely give them another shot.Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of. Plenty of handicapped spots right up front.Kid-friendliness: The staff were great with my kids. Even my 5 yo that won't stop telling stories or asking queastions 100 miles an hour.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped spots right up front. The walk ways between tables were quite wide and would be easy to get through. I can't remember if the front door had an automatic open button or not. I apologize. If not that would be the only obstacle that I could see being any issue

Today’s dining experience at Red Lobster left much to be desired. Despite spending $142 on two meals, the crab legs were disappointingly skimpy and overcooked, rendering them not edible. The small lobster tail was served cold and lacked the expected quality for its hefty $49 price tag. The portion sizes felt more akin to appetizers rather than full meals. Even worse, the baked potato was served cold. Despite voicing my concerns to the manager, the replacement plate provided was incorrect, showcasing a lack of attention to detail. It's evident that the establishment prioritized turnover over customer satisfaction, as our server failed to check on us after the manager's intervention, only returning to provide the bill. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, failing to deliver both in portion size and food quality for the price. I honestly cannot recommend this establishment. The meal was so bad. I left the establishment still hungry.

Beyond expectations. Service is good, food are good taste and right temperature. The favorite dish is mussels white wine sauce. But forgot to take photo, and also the lobster pizza (forgot the name of this menu, ) was superb.
