Have been frequently disappointed by Red Robin as of late! About a month ago I was experiencing some health issues, so on a restricted diet-- maybe should not have risked it, but it was my birthday and my family was doing the best they could to make the most of things despite the circumstances. I wound up ordering a salad. I was disappointed to find that 25-30% of the salad was wilted and not suitable to eat. Additionally all of the apples on the salad were bad. The waiter serving us (the manager on duty?) assured me that's just how they come. Unbelievable!!! Why are you knowingly serving food of inferior quality/ standards??!!?? I was so discouraged that so little care was given to the level of service and quality.

Red Robin..Yummmmmm!! They have truth in advertising. My family and I all said yum after eating. There's a huge selection of different types of burgers. The Scorpion and the Southern burger are my favorites. My boys love the bacon cheese burger you dip in a bacon cheese fondue ?. My wife and daughter usually get the burger that came with avocado ?. They also have a large selection of beverages between their pops, lemonades, teas, shakes, and a large selection of alcoholic beverages too. For desert you got to get the Mile high Mud Pie or the cookies with the fudge in the middle. What a great place to bring the family

I meant to leave this review back in December during a convention that brought all of us together. I called in to give a heads up on a large group of about 25 folks, and Marie (GM) was really helpful in providing possible dinner options. When the entire party arrived that night, our servers were on top of everything and even impressed some of us with how many things they could memorize. The food was delicious, the drinks were splendid, and many of us especially loved the burgers.The experience was wonderful overall, and some members even called it their favorite highlight out of the whole convention. I hope the best for the people that helped us pull this together to make that night one to remember.Dietary restrictions: We had several dietary restrictions that required vegetarian, non-seafood, etc. I didn't account for non-soy, so I think this could be somewhere to improve. One of our attendees ran out of options that night.
