10/10. Me and my partner came here on a whim as we wanted to explore. Found out Pizza Hut sells wings boneless and bone in which we got bone in. Service was 10/10 as cashier was more friendly and kind enough to offer us bottled water on the house and plates/etc. Food was served in a timely fashion and came out clean and hot, lastly delicious. Bathrooms were quite smelly but other then that tables were clean as parking was also available

Bad customer service.. place is ran by young kids that don't have any sense of organization whatsoever. As a customer it was very visible the fact that they had no idea what they are doing.

Unreal. I live at roughly Harlem and Byron. They gave my order to door dash and this guy went from Pizza Hut to west Jefferson park to Addison and Central and still isn't here. The pizza came out of the oven an hour and a half ago. What are the chances it will be hot when it gets here? I would have picked it up my self but I have 3 young children and didn't want to drag them out in the cold. Thought this would be quick and easy for the 63.00 they charged me.

I had ordered a few things like two box of pizzazz's and three wings and asked for garlic stuff and barbecue and buffalo sauce for the wings and pepperoni but instead of getting what I had paid for which was also 70$ worth of food I got the wrong things that I never wanted at all and only got one box of wings do not buy from this place anymore

These people I swear don't wanna work at all. I called them the first time, she asked for my address and then asked for the order and then she acted like she can't hear me and hang up. Called again and gave the information to a different person and then said we don't deliver. You wanna be treated like s**** this is the spot for ya.

Place a delivery order at 4:20pm and called after 45mins to check on the pizza and they said short staff pizza should be heading your way. Sorry Well is 5:45pm and still no Pizza. Location on 7060 Forest Preserve Dr, Norridge, IL 60706 Don't care about the customers anymore.

VERY inconsistent hours. Always changing hours or closing there store early for "cleaning". Not to mention the order mistakes they make when they are open. I like Pizza Hut a lot actually but this one is so unreliable. How about just keep your hours the same the whole week so people don't have to spend 10 minutes setting up an order on the app just for it to say "set it for a later date". Damn annoying.

I placed an order prior to 8 pm and my order finally showed up at about 10:15pm. This was after the restaurant closed. We requested no contact delivery, but they rang the bell to have us sign a credit card slip and the driver said he lost his pen so we had to scramble to find a pen to sign the slip that we weren’t supposed to have to sign to begin with because we requested contactless delivery. We were notified through mobile alerts that our order was on the way more than 40 minutes before it arrived. We live about 7 minutes away. Our food was cold and we had to heat it up In the oven. We ordered and paid for dipping sauces that were not in the order. This was at least the 5th time this has happened with the dipping sauces, they have had to come back with them again and again. The manager even knows us because of the sauce issue, yet it continues to happen. We advised the delivery driver that the sauces were missing and he told us to contact the manager. The restaurant was closed already and the phone system picks up, places you on hold, and at exactly 10 minutes, hangs up on you. My husband and I both tried repeatedly to call with the same result. The same thing happened to him prior to our order arriving as well even though they were still open. This service is absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered for a curbside delivery last July 18. After arriving I hit I am here and they never brought the order out and had to go in to get it.
We came to try the new Popper pizza. Around the crust they have mozzarella poppers built in. Our server Michael who was also our host is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The pizza was nothing to write home about. It was basically a pre made pizza shell with mozzarella squares attached around the edge. The cheese was a low quality grainy mozzarella with no elasticity. Not something we will come back for. I give this experience 2 1/2 stars.

My entire family of 5 came in for dine in on 12/21/19 and ended up sick. We were all in the bathroom all night. Horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I will never and I mean never eat Pizza Hut from this place again.

I love pizza places. This pizza hut has been my go to spot when I am on the Harlem & Irving park area. Friendly staff. Clean location. Comfortable seating. This location has a few TVs if you want to check something out. The pizza is well made, the salad and chicken wings included in the lunch special have excellent flavor. I do reccomend it. The special is great for two people. A very helpful portion. It will definitely hit the spot. If you are ever in the area. Give them a shot. Overall great location. Especially for a quick lunch or for a relaxing dinner.

Ordered pizza online, got to the restaurant and it was ready for pickup. They do get busy since their was a line of customers when I arrived. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and the other half sausage. The pizza was cooked just right, bread was still nice and soft. The pizza sauce had good flavor, and the cheese was nicely melted. Will definitely give them another visit for pickup!

Probably the worst Pizza Hut location I've been to. Get seated at 9:45, take a glance at their menu, 15 minutes later no one comes, all the employees are behind the counter chillin, not bringing plates, drinks or coming for my order.
