Awful food got steak sandwich rare they said it comes that way unless you asked for them to cook it lol bunch of little kids working clueless to help anyone and the front desk guy has awful customer service skills pools are not comfortable temp. Overpriced place not worth it. No cribs only pack and plays. Water is not hot in showers, pillows had no pillow cases. They wanted $75 more for 4 scoop of ice cream and to get into the water park half hour early everyday… water slides are only open at night… needs new owners, the last weren’t even this bad. Our shoes were stolen from the pool.

Unfortunately I made reservations for Easter Sunday brunch 2024. Paid my $20 table deposit . I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. I need to change the number of people in my party. Food was excellent. Can't rave enough about the service we received from Lilly. I tried to get a refill for my son and had forgotten he had milk. And I had asked for a refill of apple juice. Lily took the time and made sure and got the right refill and saved me a lot of stress. She's fantastic!
