Love Chipotle and have been a long time fan but this location has become unacceptable recently. I’m aware portion sizes have gotten weak over the past couple years but this location in particular skimps you with food.The attached picture is what my bowl looked like upon opening it after it was delivered. And instead of being able to reach an actual live agent, all I got was a free entree through their bot chat support. I didn’t want a free entree, I wanted a full refund for having paid delivery for this weak bowl.

Grady served me. If there’s a such thing as 5 star take out service, he provided it. I walked in before closing, he greeted me like I’m the first customer of the day. He was quick, kind, and accommodating. Smile on his face the whole time, looked happy to be working. I really hope Chipotle management reads this to him.

Just the same of what everyone else said. Bad service, messy restaurant. The worst part is that they give you less than a third of a spoonful of meat. It’s embarrassing to ask people to spend over $10 on what amounts to less than 3 oz of meat. And they recently raised their prices. I won’t be returning and suggest you look elsewhere.

Only one person making food. Nobody on the cash register. Stood there for 10 minutes and I asked the guy making food. Is anybody running the cash register? He said no. Whoever runs this place needs to find a manager who will actually run the store. No lunch for me today. Wasted my time.

Bad attitude as if they are doing you a favor….When visiting
I walked in, ordered a steak burrito and noticed the wraps are so tiny, then after he put on the toppings and rolled it up it was no bigger and no heavier than a Snickers bar. It rang up for $15.00 & so I put my credit card back in my wallet, plopped the burrito on the counter like it's trash and walked out empty handed. I have no interest in paying $15.00 for a burrito so tiny that after two bites it's all gone and so is my money allocated for a filling lunch. I then went elsewhere and paid $7.16 for a large & enjoyable fish dinner. Chipotle? CHI NO WAY!!!

I don’t recommend this place, I went to get my food, I did ordered, so when I try to get my drink I notice that the machine of the drinks was running out of coke (Coca-Cola) so told to the ppl working there, son they took a lil while to take care of it, to end tell me that have anymore coke, I’m in my 30 min lunch, I can’t wait long time, they should be ready to run the store good, isn’t ? I’m so disappoint of this place.
