This used to be powered by Lou’s in the past. Now I had to go through EZ Cater for this. It wasn’t as easy as using their previous site but i got entering I needed. Now I just have to wait for the event date to come so that I can see if it all gets delivered properly. I will update this review when that happens.

We use for catering for a wedding absolutely amazing was not really happy the way it was delivered but the food was amazing. A+ delivery driver was not friendly. And food was spilled but absolutely still happy with using.

Do not recommend. Customer service has really gone downhill. I order every year for Christmas and this year the process was a mess. Received a thawed meal that couldn’t be eaten.

Very poor customer service. I spent nearly $600 on pizzas to send as gifts. Two out of four of the orders delivered late. When I contacted customer service they were rude and offered no resolution. They reached out to me later claiming they wanted to resolve tge issue. I responded and never heard back from them. Save yourself some grief and don't order from them.

If you want christmas spoiled, I'd highly recommend. I used TOC to gift my father would moved to the western US side pizza, made sure to select that this was a gift and TOC used the delivery contact number to inform my father how much I spent, contents of package, and send a tracking number at time of shipment. So no Xmas surprise for him. Ive emailed their customer support regarding all this twice and no response back, not even an apology. 1 out of 10

I hosted my son's 1st birthday here. The patio room is a great space for an event and the staff was very helpful. I had a very good experience planning through them. Of course pizza is always a hit at a party!

A Chicago classic. Great deep dish and thin crust though at times inconsistent. Service has always been good when I have gone. Love the fried cheddar cube.

It is really good place to order a pizza! The best pizza in the neighborhood ever! Thin crust- the best.

Take this review with a grain of salt. I'm from Jersey, but I'm in Chicago for work. This 6" pizza just cost me $25 because I had it delivered by Uber Eats. I asked for this thing to be cut. It's cut in half. Y'all eat personal pies in 1/2s??The sauce is flavorful, the crust is crispy, cheese is gooey. Pizzeria Uno in Passaic County, NJ was better.Size is disappointing. They should put the measurements in the description. if you're visiting and looking for a good pizza option for 1 person, try somewhere else.

We visit every time we come to the Chicago area. The medium pizza says it feeds three, but it would have been enough for four. The deep dish Chicago style has a great red wine sauce, with the traditional being lined with tender sausage. The service was great. The kid menu food came out fast, which parents know is a must. The salads and appetizers came out timed perfectly. The calamari was a little chewy and the house salad dressing could easily pass for coming from a bottle. Good score alone based on the nice atmosphere, cold beer, and delicious pizza. We'll Skip the calamari and salad next time.

Did a carry out order here on a weekend dinner. The carryout seemed quite busy but not so busy in the restaurant during regular dinner hours. I called in the carryout order ahead of time for a personal sized deep dish pizza. I ordered the 1 topping of sausage, always the way to get Lou's. The pizza was ready to go when I arrived. Decent as always, the individual pizzas come cut in half.

Disclaimer: I think Lou Malnati's pizza is the greatest of all time so I went to this location pretty certain that I would enjoy the food. And I did. Three of us shared a medium Malnati's salad. Gotta love the house sweet vinaigrette dressing. We also shared a small deep dish cheese pizza and a medium thin crust 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 cheese pizza. This was actually more than enough food for us so we had lots to take home. Our server was Francesca and she was pretty awesome. We mentioned that it was our daughter's birthday so she brought out a warm cookie and cream concoction with a candle, and we scarfed that down too. Noticed the large "Buffalou Malnati's" buffalo statue on a wall and took me a minute but it was because we were in Buffalo Grove. This is an older building and it's rather dark inside but that mattered not to me. Great food, great service.

A Chicago Classic! Always delicious! But PLEASE get Deep Dish! You can get thin crust pizza anywhere!Get the deep dish! Get the butter crust! Treat Yourself! My recommendation for an appetizer is the three cheese bread. Make sure you go on a day you're not counting carbs for those of you that do! Dessert. Cookie Pizza! I love this location because they have all the fun signs on the wall and honestly it doesn't get too loud. You can choose to sit in the bar or sit in the restaurant. Plenties of tables and booths depending on what your preference is. Perfect location whether you're a couple or a large family. The service is great even during the busier times. Servers let you know wait times on all the things that you order. If you're looking for a classic Chicago experience make sure you find one of the many locations of this awesome Chicago staple!

The best pizza in town! I did a medium size deep dish with extra sausage, butter crust, extra cheese and less tomato sauce! I also ordered it half baked! I think the key was the smaller amount of tomato sauce, it was not too salty and it was really good this time! Crust was crispy and the flavor was excellent! I did the curbside pick up, it took longer than I had expected. The time I picked up, no one else was in the parking lot! Besides that, the pizza was delicious!

Simply classic. Highly recommend the butter crust, and we'll done when deciding how it should be cooked. Family favorite.
