Tried so hard not to post this but 3 weeks of multiple calls has worn me down.I used the mobile app and was double charged. I caught it on my credit card the next day and called Northbrook. They took the information locally and said they had to send it to headquarters. Two weeks later nothing so called back and asked for a corporate number. A week later and multiple attempts finally someone answered that number and told me the locals gave me a catering number and they don't process the refunds. That person was nice and took the information again. No refund yet. No corporate phone number either. So summary is don't use the app and don't expect anything other than the pizza you leave with. The pizza was good, but not worth the $80 or my time and frustration.Addendum: finally got refund 5 weeks later but learned not to use app.

This place is amazing. I live in the Chicago land area, and I love my deep dish pizza. Here, you can put SO many different toppings on, and you can also mix and match them. It also has thin crust. It has a hard crust, so it is sort of like deep dish. Their salad is the best. The service is good and the workers are nice to you. The pizzas can be a little bit pricey, but that's the only downside.

12/8/23 Lou's Sent an under cook large pizza then gives me only &15. Bill was $42! Then I call the following week the Corp Office for Lou Malnatis. A week later I get a call from the District mgr Calls me promises gift card ? Never rec'd a gift card wow they got so big that they are not honest. They just lost a long time loyal customer

I was bummed they didn't have dine in options. The pizza was fantastic. The gal at the counter was very friendly. The crust was a bit soggy when I got it to my hotel room.
Worst place with the most unacceptable customer service I have ever had.Lady at the counter had a worst attitude all the huffing and puffing she did when I ask for parm cheese. then when placing the order some guy didn’t want to take my payment said the credit card machine was broken. Then put me on hold and then took my payment. Pizza was colder than ever and size of pizza is not worth the price 6 pieces of sausage on whole pizza and crust wasn’t even cooked all the way. Will not recommend!!

Ordered for delivery but they can't hear you on the phone cause it's so loud over there that they got the order wrong. The manager was rude and not friendly for their mistake.Prices are out of control.There is better pizza around.Your not missing out now that they are under new ownership.

I've been getting Lou Malnati's Pizza at this location for years now and the consistency on the pizzas are always the same absolutely stunning. It doesn't matter if it's thin crust or thick crust. There's never any leftovers in my house. Their tomato sauce is so fresh and so tasty and so full of flavor that it gives a new word to the meaning fresh... Thank you, Lou, for staying true to your ingredients because that's what makes the pie so good!
