I don’t ever leave reviews, but this one is warranted and I want to warn everyone else. Mario’s came to downtown Woodstock for the Food Truck festival, the wait was understandable considering the amount of people. There was straight up a PIECE OF SHARP METAL IN MY BURRITO BOWL. Not tinfoil, like straight up something off of a grill scraper. Read the reviews, DONT. GO. HERE.

They had the cart at our community garage sale. Worst nachos I ever had!!! They must melt the cheese over the nacho chips the night before and refrigerate them. Then they hand them to you right out of the refrigerator without heating them up. I've never had cold "melted" cheese on nachos before. They also come with dried out jalapenos that were obviously cut several days previous to serving. The guacamole served with them was also horrible. Their recipe seems to be 1 large onion cut up, and stir one tablespoon of avacado into the onion pieces. YUCK!!

Worst mexican foood ever. We ordered The pork sandwich and beef nachos. The sandwich was incredibly salty and not tasty. Unfortunately the nachos were ice cold taken from the refrigerator. The chips were already in so I could not microwave to heat it up. Very disappointed! Everything tasted old and dry and ice cold. I would never recommend that anyone visit this truck no matter how convenient it is. The food was complete garbage and that's where we threw it. Right in the trash! Save your money.

The school I work at got Mario's Cart food truck for all of the teachers today for teacher appreciation day.The workers were working very hard, but I do not think that the company is run very well. They were understaffed, and there was a wait of about 5 minutes to place your order, but to wait for your food to be handed out to you, lasted about 30 minutes.Literally, almost every teacher at my school ended up having to spend their entire lunch period, 45 minutes, waiting for their food, and then had to leave it on their desk and not be able to eat it until 3:00 because there was no time. This was even after they asked us what our orders would be ahead of time and what period we would be coming to get them. Even though we were spread out over six different lunch periods. Every single lunch. It was the same. Absolutely unacceptable. When I finally went to eat my food (ravenous, at the end of the day), it was ridiculous. I had ordered the vegetarian tacos, which were only rice, about 10 black beans, and a little bit of lettuce. That's what they call a vegetarian taco. The flavor of it was not very good either. I have had many different vegetarian tacos at many different places, and these were among the worst.

WOW, WOW WOW. We had the Marios Food Truck out at our Community Ovaltine Court. Food was great and our residents loved it. Would recommend them to anyone hosting an event.

It was a very decent mall taco experience. I am in agreement with Adrianna K. I would say our visit was a strong 3.5 stars, and I rounded up because everything was fresh and the service was very friendly and prompt. We came to the mall because my son needed to look at some frames at Lens Crafters. He was craving a taco, and I remembered that Mario's was in the mall. We headed over to Mario's and ordered two grande tacos--one with chicken and one with pork. They were loaded with lots of fresh ingredients...tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. The tortillas were doubled. The tacos were $3.50 each. The tacos were wrapped in tinfoil and brought to the table. To allow for social distancing, the tacos were carefully dropped off at the very end of the table. The employee who served us (yep, indoor dining allowed now), mentioned that they had just made a fresh batch of salsa if we'd like to try it. We said *heck yeah*, and we were able to add some to our tacos. The winner was the red salsa. It was so fresh and had a nice kick to it. It was just the right amount of spicy (not too hot). Very friendly service, and the tables were all very clean. Employees were all wearing masks.

I would not Recommend this place. Food is not fresh. Orchata was sour...not a good choice

The food truck came to our town tonight. I pre ordered online. Website states 15 min prep time needed. When I ordered it stated 1 hour. I showed up to pick up my order at the time it was to be ready only to be told 10-15 more min. After standing in the rain or an hour and watching walk ups getting their orders, I had to remind them I was still there. The food is very good, but not worth the hassle

I don't post reviews often but when I have an experience as bad as this, I think it's warranted.Food truck came to our neighborhood, they took online and walk up orders and got so behind that the food was taking 90-120 minutes to come out. Asked for refunds since we ordered online and at first they said no, then said yes but we had already waited so long and there was no confirmation that night, we would have to email them. So we continued to wait. We also did enjoy the food. The service of the people working in the truck and the food is not the 1 star (even though none of them were wearing masks which I thought was not an option), it was the way the person on their social media handled my comment afterwards.I posted on the fb event from our neighborhood and just said the facts, we had waited that long for food and tried to give helpful tips so next time it ran smoother. I also mentioned the mask thing which apparently they didn't like because the comment was deleted. So I called them out about deleting comments and that made this child very mad. They went on saying how I was bashing them on all their events, that "karma is a bi***", and that they "know my business page too, want me to go bash you?" I'm sorry, but none of what I ever said was bashing and instead of being extremely rude and acting like a child trying to get revenge for a review which Is valid, reach out to your customers and try and resolve the issue and maybe an I'm sorry. People have bad experiences and bad nights as a company which i understand but I was never mean in my comment. You won't be able to see any of these comments since the long thread was now deleted but you can see screenshots below of some of thr ridiculousness.Terrible business practice and the owner seems to not give a care about how they treat their customers.

This food truck was stationed for dinner in my neighborhood tonight. We ordered the food at 5:26 pm (per our receipt). The food didn't come out until 6:15 pm. An hour for mexican? Are you kidding me?What might explain the extreme delay is the fact that they seemed so disorganized. The lack of organization may also explain why when we got home, several parts of the order were missing (even though we asked that they confirm the order was complete. I had half a mind to go back and complain, but , 1. I wasn't going to wait another hour for 2 tacos and a nacho2. Their receipt was not itemized so I didn't really feel they would honor it3. The food wasn't that great. In short, for what we paid we could have eaten much better, faster, and cheaper than this food truck. I would not recommend it.

Nachos were fantastic and spicy! Surprisingly large serving for a food truck.

Absolutely horrible service! I waited an hour for two Steak King sandwiches. It was listed on the menu as a 12 inch but actually was half the size.
