Fred, one of the Barista's at this location, is the reason why I get a coffee from Starbucks from time to time. He makes my morning every time I see him and is a genuine pleasure to see in the early hours. Thank you, Fred.

The cost of a drink is very expensive and to have to worry about who makes your drink is crazy but here, depending on who makes your drink, determines if it will be good or not. Some staff make a great drink but I notice newer staff not so good. Not sure if they don’t know how to properly make the drink or just rush it making it sloppy and not even a full drink. That is very upsetting when a drink is nearly $7 each! Everyone should make a good drink or not be making them at all. They need to make sure all staff can properly make a good drink before putting them in charge of making drinks.

Do not bother with this location. They are always closed, at random. Google will show that they are open, by they are probably not open. Today, for example, Google shows confirmed hours of 7a-7p, but it’s 2pm and they are closed. I have given up on this location, and will not go here anymore, because it’s a total gamble whether it’s closed or not. There are so many other Starbucks in the area, just go to one of those.

How is a Starbucks not open at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? This is just poor business.
To the guy in the plaid shirt who I just caught being incredibly lazy and making my $7 iced London fog latte (earl grey latte) with their premade iced black tea instead of earl grey and who then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked for it to be remade since it tasted like a $7 cup of milk… I didn’t kill your goldfish. Do your job or stay home.

Then when we said it was too sweet the guy took it and poured out some of it and added water. We asked him to remake it since the drink was still extremely sweet and he gave us attitude.

This Starbucks location is typically Busy especially during the morning hours so if you plan on ordering here it is definitely best to order on the app before arriving and avoid the drive through line, besides that it's not a bad location and the employees are very nice but are real busy most of the time.
