Went to the Claim Co last evening on a Saturday...Was disappointed with the food. My burger came cool to the touch and my friend's burger she did not like. I had to reorder my burger and the waiter was not very happy about it. He seemed to think is was my fault. We had a table with 5 people. Wish it would have been better! Olivia 773-899-1710

Not at all what we expected. Many years ago, this place was outstanding, but definitely won't be going back. Wish it were different. We ordered the Motherload burgers, which were decent but overdone. The chicken quesadilla had chicken that was so overdone we didn't even attempt to eat it. The fries were not good. And the potato skins were severely overcooked. Not once did the waiter ask about anything or why we didn't eat our food.

If there was an option for 6 stars I would give that for many reasons! First and foremost, they were great with allergies (dairy, egg, and gluten). The service was fast, food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty awesome. Someone previously said she was intimidated by the lizard paintings but I loved them, lol. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Thanks so much for making my birthday the best.

Little hidden gem here in Northbrook. We have had wings , burgers , wraps and much more. This time we ordered tuna avocado melt and the salmon sandwich. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. Both had great flavor and good portions. I will definitely be back for more.
It was our first time going to this place after finding it on Google searching for places to eat near botanical gardens. Staff was really friendly and the quality of both the service and the food were amazing!

Ate here for dinner and the servers seemed very understaffed. They did their best, but service was still slow. They were hustling all night, so obviously not upset, but wish they had more servers to help out! Food came out very quickly, though and tasted great.Minus points, though, because this creepy painting stared at us the whole time ??
