Food was super cold missing items after waiting more than 20 min in the drive thru. You could see some workers just chilling on their phone. If you don't wanna give good service past lunch time then just close down.

This is the worst Portillo’s I have ever been to. Drive-through associate was so rude, impatient, and when I gave my order they didn't have any available. Didn't apologize and did not provide other options. I get it, it happens sometimes you run out of things, but it was the rudeness for me. Yeah, no thanks.
