This place had good food, but very poor service. All of the prices on the menu are from years ago and they have not been updated and they let you believe that what you were ordering will be a certain price until you go to pay and everything is about $35-60 more than what you thought you were going to pay. Then they don’t even compromise and help you out. They just force you to pay the price. The bathrooms had zero light and the waiters don’t come around to see if you need anything while you are eating. Do not be fooled by the prices on the menu. They are about double what they are. Again, they were very unapologetic about not letting us know the prices in advance. Most likely will not return.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. They don’t charge you according to the prices on the menu and they don’t let you know until after you’ve ordered that the menu’s prices are from 20 years ago! On top of that, the waitress said we should’ve know !!!! Like dude we’re not even from here, we were just passing by! They charge you like it’s a fine dining restaurant…..?

We were visiting family and they brought us to this local little spot and the food was really good but they were busy and it took awhile to get our food yet definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend the “ Filete a la Plancha “ it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Very flavorful!

I can walk here but the service is not worth it. I rather walk somewhere else. So many taco places in the area.I love when restaurants show good hospitality & admiration but the older lady here who is usually here is so rude. You can sense her annoyance. I tried to talk to her and be kind but after ordering across the restaurant & not being able to ask normal questions about Cost she kept getting bothered . I paid for my meal and when I asked why does the menu show $7 but you’re charging me 18? (No receipt that didn’t include tip) she said the menus are 10+ years old and all the regulars know that during the pandemic the cost changed.. um the pandemic was 2019 & now it’s almost 2023. Customers deserve to know what they’re paying for. Anyways I didn’t eat it all. I really just felt so uncomfortable and left my horchata not even half way done. I didn’t finish my food because i sorta felt weird and just paid and said God bless and left. Not worth it. Life’s too short. Enjoy your tacos where you’re welcome else where

This place is off the chain!!!! I'm serious about this place! The word won't explain how amazing it is here and the amazing food to eat! I will go back here and eat for sure. I would've never though you could find such an amazing place in Chicago. Come and get here for you food cravings.
