CPK is a stalwart - you know what you're getting when you dine there, and that's a great selection of delicious pizza. It's hopping on weekend evenings, so get there early or join the virtual queue - otherwise you'll have a wait. Never disappointed here :)
Chicken piccata so plain in taste , the bbq chicken pizza you only tastes the onion , barely gad chicken. The Thai salad ok , kids tenders are good. Price is fine but not for this quality. I tried this place 4 years ago its had better taste and service . Oh forgot to mention our server was just working to get thru the day!!!

Awful experience. Checked in online. Arrived. Was told online check-in wasn't really a thing and that they couldn't access any of the details submitted. Ironically, I received a text as we parked asking if we were still headed there for dinner. How confusing!Extremely loud. Understaffed. Not very clean. Waitress was fine and can't blame her for being stretched so thin.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly because it's all pure chaos.

This was my first time in this place. The experience was a disaster. The server name was Jose, he was walking around like a sad emoji. He was careless, rude and unprofessional. Most likely, i will not be coming to this place.

Went with a big party and my daughters salad had a black hair in it(she is blonde)? the waitress just took it away and said nothing. No manager came over won’t be returning anytime soon! The bathrooms smelled and we NOT clean. Overall disappointed!

We really like their spicy chipotle chicken pizza. We go there especially for that and lime cream. Im always disappointed because every time we go there, they always say they ran out of either the pizza sauce or the lime cream. They even say they ran out of bread which they serve before they bring your food out. Otherwise the food is very good but they never have enough.
We have a lunch with my family, sit by the kitchen order pizza and burger and salad. But for some reason, somebody decided to garnish my pizza using her BARE HANDS with a VERY LONG FINGER NAILS!!! My wife saw it and very UPPSET!!!! Not to make drama, before we eat, i just keep quiet and try to pick the garnish out of my pizza. I dont know if her nails are CLEAN under it!!! FOR SURE ITS NOT, AND IF SHE WENT TO THE BATHROOM , IM 100% THAT THAT NAILS IS DISCUSTINGLY DIRTY. We worked in the srevice industry for 20 and 10 years, so i know its NOT ACCEPTABLE OR ALLOWED TO WORK WITH VERY LONG NAILS. and ALWAYS USE GLOVES in FOOD PREP. I know its holliday maybe they dont want to work that day, but we should suffer for their anger. SO IF YOU GUYS GONNA EAT THERE ,WATCH OUT !!!

Dirty place,careles staff..We dine there everyone was so down.One of the host jump in the kitchen and started helping the cooks putting cheese on salad no gloves. Disgusting...when I told my waitress that I saw her putting parsley on my husband pizza without gloves she didn't say sorry.Nobody even came to apologize.This place is run by young kids who literally don't care.

hair in our food (very dirty restaurant)--came here for dinner, we were a party of three, and we were seated right away, but waited over 45 minutes for 1 pizza, 1 pasta, and a salad. when the food finally came, there was a long black hair in the pasta, and the pizza was cold. after letting the waitress know there was hair in the food, she took the food back, rolled her eyes, and said she’ll get that taken care of. (we are not karens) but we finally asked to talk to the manager after getting served contaminated food. after waiting about 10 minutes for the manager, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. definitely would not recommend for the lack of cleanliness and the lack of hospitality.

Came here for the weekday lunch special! CPK is one of my favs for thin crust pizza and I usually order the California veggie:) I'd recommend this place if you're visiting the oakbrook mall but be sure to have a reservation or plan ahead because wait times get long.

Terrible service from our waiter. No attention to detail, did not know the menu, and did not check-in on us. Drinks. We ordered two margaritas, came out with Fresca in them. Then, ordered an Old Fashioned. It came out with Fresca. They did remake the Old Fashioned correctly. Save your money, go elsewhere. Food was lackluster. Chicken Bites seemed like they were frozen and simply warmed up. Really, a terrible experience.
