I placed an online order and when I got to the restaurant it wasn’t on the shelf. I showed the employees my email confirmation and they said they put my order on the shelf. I told them I never picked it up and the lady asked me if I’m sure I didn’t already pick it up since it’s not there. I had no problem waiting for them to remake the order but being accused of picking my order up already was rude. They could’ve checked the cameras because I’m sure the person who stole my order didn’t show them an email confirmation. I would highly suggest putting online orders behind the counter and asking for proof with an email confirmation or name because lots of ride share drivers steal orders inconveniencing others. They did have to remake my order so I waited for that and left.

Food quality and preparation went down while prices went up. Avocado in salad had lots of dark spots, not fun to try to scoop them in a tossed salad. Salad leaves not cut as before but just dumped as a whole from packaging. Overall feeling of sloppyness

Stopped for lunch, I had the bacon mac n cheese it was very good! The service was fine. The place was a mess, though! All the tables had dishes from the last people there and were unwashed.The thing is, they weren't busy!Other than that, the food was good.
