I've been going to this company for over 10 years. But the suburb location scene to bounce around a lot. And never stay open for a long period of time. I went to the oakbrook location. To find out that they moved. I was very sad cuz I really wanted a nice burger from the guys.

We got our burgers in a timely fashion but 2 out of the 4 burgers had burned buns. And the fries were the cheap “high school cafeteria” crinkle cut fries. Not at all the usual DMK fries we were expecting. I don’t pay extra money for microwaved crinkle cut fries. Absolutely ridiculous. And the girl cashier was on her phone the whole time, bar tender woman didn’t know how to make any of our drinks and didn’t have any ingredients for the drinks on the menu. Overall, very disappointed.

On my most recent visit, DMK (Oak Brook) stood for Didn't Make it Korrectly. Two of the four items in my order were wrong, but as I was crunched for time, I just let it go rather than complain.When the order came out, I immediately regretted not choosing another restaurant in the food court. It was probably my last time eating DMK.The two times I have dined at the Oak Brook location, the food has been just meh and overpriced (an $11 kids meal that is 80% fries and one overcooked slider?).The burgers were outstanding when I dined at the Lombard full-service restaurant before it closed. Something has changed, and not for the better.

We spent $70 on one burger and 2 burger meals ( that included a side and a drink) I asked for a glass fir water and they wouldn’t give me one .. said I had to buy a beverage - that they didn’t have water glasses… seriously? There was a tab for water on the self serve drink machine …, I’ve never been turned down for a glass for water before ….Next time I want a burger I’ll be going to true food and get there’s ….you can drink all the water you want and you sit down in a nice cozy atmosphere !!!’

I used to love dmk burger. I have no idea what’s going on at the Oak Brook location. By far terrible in every aspect. Food quality is garbage, thick over cooked patties, balled up bacon, raw fries. Waited almost a half hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Fries weren’t even dressed properly(lazy workers)Dear DMK,Close this location, it can’t possibly be worth the stain on your reputation as a reputable burger bar. The staff you have at this location should not be allowed around any food service. Lazy and slow

Everyone in the facility needs to be fired!! Immediately. The service is horrible the wait is ridiculous and the food is mediocre. I kept asking about my order after a 40 minute wait and the girl was just saying they are going in order you have to wait without giving you a chance to speak. After waiting another 20 minutes still didn’t have my food my one burger didn’t even order fries! Pathetic would be the best to describe this facility feel bad for the owners their employees do not have any work ethic.

Service was horrible. The cashier has an attitude for no reason and doesn’t understand the menu. Too busy talking and didn’t even greet me. Also the true prices aren’t reflected in the menu. There’s no signage or warning from the cashier that the prices are actually more. I visited this place in the past and the same cashier was just unpleasant. I will not be returning and wish I didn’t order but my son was hungry.

Not a restaurant but a food court that would have cost $75 to eat on paper plates. But they were out of eggs for the burger… no big deal. Out of milk for shakes? Come on. Out of two beer choices. First register wouldn’t even work. We said forget it and we don’t want to place an order anymore. However they had already ran out card. They said it will take 2-3 weeks for a refund?! Seriously?
