This was the best Brazilian steakhouse we’ve been to! The meat was juicy and well seasoned without being overly salty. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The only disappointment was the salad bar did not have any sundried tomatoes or goat cheese. There were plenty of other options though.

If you are looking for some of the best food, service and cocktails around, this is the place for you! I went out for a casual celebration, and was treated like royalty from the time I opened the door. All the food was delicious and presentation was top notch. Because I don't eat pork or beef, my fav was the whole Branzino that they roll out on a platter. It was grilled and seasoned to perfection. Make sure to ask for the infused Cachaça it was a great aperitif.

My first experience here was exceptional. The meats were incredibly juicy and bursting with flavor. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Giving it a full five stars was an easy decision, and I can't wait to return!

There was five of, celebrating a birthday. Our female server was the worst I have experienced at any restaurant I have been to. We saw her once. I didn't get all the other meats. I had chicken. The meat servers paid no attention to my card. She brought one serving of mashed potatoes for five people. I asked server where had been, she said I was doing other things. This was our first time at this restaurant. My grandson said go for the experience and the food is good it was an experience. Yes the food was good. The salad bar was delicious. Our server messed it up for us.Parking: The valet parking was great

Tonight's culinary escapade brought us to the bustling ambiance of Fogo de Chão in Oakbrook, Illinois, where the traditional Brazilian Churrasco takes center stage. The evening kicked off with a classic South American refreshment, the Caipirinha. This vibrant cocktail was crafted with silver Cachaça and fresh muddled limes, sweetened with cane sugar and a hint of lemon, setting a refreshing tone for the feast to follow. The main attraction, Brazilian Churrasco, is an experience that tantalizes the taste buds and captivates the senses...Embarking on a Brazilian Churrasco adventure is akin to diving into a celebration of flavors and communal dining. From the moment you step into the establishment, the aroma of grilling meat wafts through the air, setting the stage for a culinary carnival. The servers, known as passadores, circulate with giant skewers of fire-roasted meats, each a masterpiece of traditional seasoning and slow-cooking techniques. Guests are encouraged to control the pace of their dining with a simple flip of a card—green for more and red for a pause—ensuring a tailored experience to appetite. The variety is staggering, with offerings ranging from succulent picanha (top sirloin) and tender frango (chicken) to exotic cuts like coração de frango (chicken hearts), each seared to perfection. Accompaniments often include a colorful array of sides like feijoada (black bean stew), farofa (toasted cassava flour mixture), and fresh, zesty salads, which complement the richness of the meats beautifully.Churrasco isn’t merely a meal; it’s a festivity of food where every bite tells a story of tradition and craft. The convivial atmosphere, combined with the continuous flow of culinary delights, makes for an immersive experience that is as much a feast for the senses as it is for the soul.To complement the meal, I added a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade—its tart sweetness perfectly balancing the rich flavors of the meal. As a final touch, I indulged in my signature cappuccino, a personal ritual that caps off my dining experiences. While the meal itself and the customer service were exceptional, the evening did take a disappointing turn. It appears a decision from corporate has led to the removal of flan from the menu. This was a disheartening discovery, especially since I had been anticipating this classic dessert throughout the day. It’s a reminder that sometimes, those making decisions at the corporate level might be too removed from the culinary artistry and traditions that are essential to a genuine dining experience. Flan, after all, is more than just a dessert; it’s a staple of cultural heritage.

...we had lunch about 1230pm, not alot of meat or gaucho presence - understanding it was lunch but, we only saw about 5 cuts of meat (pork, duck and 3 steaks)...I was disappointed that I just came off of chemo treatment and my appetite was very low...we requested to take my 2 small meat selections home - we were told no...empathy at its Best/lol). I know that I shouldn't have gone but, we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Lesson Learned.

This is an update to my previous 1 star review. I gave them a few more chances and they've definitely won me over! The food quality is immaculate, we were offered complimentary champagne for a long wait, staff is always courteous and not to mention, I deleted my $25 birthday coupon by accident and they were kind enough to resend it to me upon request. The chicken salad is the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend!
