This was my first time at Gibsons. I was very impressed. I've eaten at a lot of steak houses and this was one of the best I've had. The mushrooms were delicious and the mousse cake dessert was impressive too. I'll definitely be going back.

First time visiting. For the cost, the food did not live up to expectations. Party of 9, so lots of options within. Steak was dry, not a lot of flavor burst whatsoever. Surely, not worth the $72. 5 people ordered the Salmon. At the time, they thought it was great. However, 3 of the 5 became sick throughout the night and was up for hours.Worst part of the experience was the rush. I have a swallowing disorder and cannot eat quickly. All throughout the night, service tried taking my plates and even my drinks without asking. I had to stop them several times. This happened all around the table. I like that the team was trying to stay on top of the table, but it was frustrating and rushed. We did not appreciate the rush.We will give it one more try. However, not even remotely worth the $400 bill.

That was the worst waste of money on food that I have ever spent. I ordered my food for pickup so I could it as fresh as possible outside of dine in. I ordered the double baked potato, chicken sandwich and the carrot cake. The potato had and old reheated tasted, thick and dry. The chicken sandwich had no flavor at all. The carrot cake was trash. The frosting did not taste like a cream cheese frosting like most carrot cakes it tasted solely like cream cheese and the cake was dry. Never again. I have eaten here before for a company dinner and it left a good impression then, but after this experience ??

I have so much regret that I chose this place to celebrate my son's birthday on 3-20-24. It was nothing like a previous visit in January, 2023. My scallops had more black than golden brown seen on another review here. The soup and salads were even bad. The crab cake was dry and crumbly. I could go on and on. My son is a very kind and grateful person so he went along not to hurt my feelings. We all agreed that we would never go back. An expensive and heartbreaking experience...if your meal starts our odd, I advise you to leave as it will not get better.
