Very unfriendly staff. No customer service skills.

The gentleman who works here refused to gave me a plastic bag because the salad I ate was not from his bar. I’m not surprised why overall rating is 3.3 stars for this place

Order a wrap ? chicken. They do not skimp on the meat. Just lack a little flavor. Other than that I will be trying the steak ? next...

Went here over the weekend. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the portions. As far as the food goes, I would definitely go there again. As far as the staff, specifically one staff member who appeared to be the manager or owner, he came across very rude. He was barking out demands and just didn't seem to be in a good mood at all. He was a larger man working the register with somewhat spikey hair. If it weren't for him, I probably would of given 4-5 stars.

I have never left any restaurant a review but I had to because this place was so terrible. We had two plates, one with chicken and one with beef. The chicken was dry, bland, and looked very unappetizing. The beef was entirely inedible, all gristle. The hummus was bland and watery, everything we had was terrible. On top of that the service was also horrible. Workers were unkind and when I asked for a fork the guy pretty much threw it at me. I was spending the afternoon with my dad and this place upset us for the rest of the day. I'm sure any Greek person would be offended by this food. Please don't ruin your day or waste your money, don't eat here.

Good was just ok. The have meat on the rotisserie, but instead of shaving it freshly for you they keep it in a pan with a lid.The worst part was unfortunately the staff. Drink cups are put right in front of customers and when grabbed the workers become very upset and rude.

I’d rather get a McChicken from McDonald’s next time.

Very disappointed in this place. The taste and ingredients are not quality. The tahini/hummus tastes like pool water and the meat is barely flavorful. The orzo was not very flavorful either. The food was lukewarm at best. They at least give you a good amount of meat. The pita is about the only thing that doesn't need improving.

Only food stop when at Oakbrook Mall. Village salad with the Greek dressing. Pro tip: always go with rotisserie if you are ordering chicken.

My girlfriend and I loved the handheld lamb & beef with everything on it. I look forward to stopping in again.

Ordered via GrubHub Food arrived cold, in shambles, mostly inedible. The chicken plate looked like a can of dog food had been opened into it. Falafel was raw. Never again.

Purchased a greek salad today with added lamb/gyro meat and I didn't eat it as soon as I got home because I wanted to prepare my REAL dinner and this was only suppose to be a snack but as I was preparing to eat it on the pitas that came with my food I noticed a long piece of hair that was either in the salad or the gyro meat either way it was in my food. This is indeed my first and last time eating here. I would advise anyone else to proceed with caution. My only regret is me changing my mind about eating there because then I would've discovered it at the time and immediately demanded a refund.

Terrible food, I purchase a chicken plate/ chicken kabob, the chicken was cooked spoiled, I guess everyone just don't know what cooked spoil chicken taste like, it was unbelievable that the cook did not know, he was cooking spoiled food.... I reposted this to the people behind the counter, they showed no care at all, they would not refund me, although I had not left the eaten area, I tried to return the food within 5minuted of purchase, be aware of The Oakbrook Il Greek Kitchen, they are cooking old food, my plan is to call and report them to the local FDA.
