Not what it used to be. We ordered pepperoni pizza that was covered in a layer of oil and a Cesar salad. I also pick up a coconut cake slice to go. The cake had barely any coconut and just tasted like white sheet cake with frosting. Also all the tables were dirty with old plates of food left on many of them. The quality of this cafe has declined greatly.

I've been getting chicken soup for awhile here but today it was so salty... my daughter & I both had it & it was way too salty. Also it was in a smaller bowl than last week so the portion was way smaller & the noodles were different too. For $7.50 it had very little chicken & was nothing like the soup I've been eating there for several years. So sad to ruin a good soup.

I ordered gnocchi which I have had at this restaurant in the past. This was a carry out order and when i got home, there were 16 gnocchi in the container. I called the restaurant and asked why the portion was small. The person could not state how the cook’s determine the portion sizes. I gave my information and going on nearly 5 days now without a response from the Management.A dollar a gnocchi is unreasonable. Lack of customer service very disappointing.

I have been coming to Labriola ever since it opened. I was there this past Sunday and it was very disappointing. The burgers are half the size they used to be even though the pretzel bun is the same size and they’re not giving the amount of fries they used to. I was never able to finish this meal but it was gone in a snap. They barely had anything left in the bakery and they only had the most expensive wine per glass left. Total ripoff including the 3% arbitrary charge which I wasn’t aware of. The chicken noodle soup was awful too. Not homemade anymore. Don’t think I’ll be coming back again especially since they took my favorite grillled bread salad off the menu. Get it back together Labriola.

One of my favorite places... I think I have tried every delicious menu category which makes it difficult to decide what to have. I usually find out what others in my party are having, knowing that I'll be able to sneak a few of the handcut fries or a slice of their pizza. You can't make a bad selection here!!

Food and ambiance is good. I had a delicious salad and water for $17. Don't like that they add a 3% "service charge" - it's not a tax or tip just an arbitrary charge that customers are not informed of. Seems very shady.
My family and I love the laid back atmosphere. The servers and staff are extremely friendly/attentive. I love the fact that you can pay when placing your order - easy exit :)
I read the reviews before trying this place and was concerned. I shouldn't have been. Came here for lunch at 11:30 on a Monday. Food looked good. Restaurant was clean. Service was speedy. Definitely coming back. By the time I left at 12:15, yes it was busy, but isn't that a good sign that most people like it here?

LaBriola has been consistent over the years and is a go-to in the Oakbrook area. Staff great, food great and best iced mocha anywhere. Bakery area closing end of March and I'm guessing they will convert to more seating!! Fingers crossed!!
