I mean... it's a mall Nandos. They sat us and told us to order online. We were the ones there. We ordered. A bunch of people came in about 10 minutes after we ordered and they all got their food. We waited. Luckily I had snacks for my kid because our food took about 35-40 minutes to come out.I'd eat here again if I had time to kill because I like Nandos, but I wouldn't bring my kid here again because of the wait.They have high chairs, but there's nowhere to put a stroller that'd be out of the way.

I have been to a couple of locations in the city and I was nearby and decided to try this new location. It's similar to the Chicago locations except the fries were a million times more salty and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was tiny. The sandwich was mostly bread.

Yum, first time trying a bowl here. I'm usually a fan of the chicken thigh skewers, but thought I'd try something different. The bowl is built with a base of Portuguese rice, and has various items such as cauliflower, hummus, feta, and other items as well as the Peri chicken as you like it for me it's always about the hot. I would order this again. Went with a group of friends and did table side ordering for the first time which I have to say is convenient. The place was pretty loud as it was busy for a Saturday evening, but with the table side ordering it was a breeze and was able to just sit with friends and enjoy catching up until they brought out our food.
They have one of the best veggi burger too for veggi ppl.Vegetarian options: Good veggi burger they have for veg ppl. Must try even if u r no veg person.

It looks like Nando’s is a big hit at the mall. When we walked in, it was full of people but we were able to grab a table. After you get seated, you scan the barcode then order your food. Food will come shortly. In the meantime, they’ll give you your cups to fill. At that same table, there are silverware, napkins, straws, and a sink to wash your hands. We ordered lemon and herb chicken wings with garlic bread and honey sweet potatoes. We also got mango and lime chicken leg quarters with garlic bread and red skin mashed potatoes. Both of the chickens had great flavor, moist, and tender. Garlic bread was soft and crispy. Honey sweet potatoes were mediocre. I didn’t love them. Red skin mashed potatoes were flavorful, just the right amount of salt. Service was great. Someone next to us forgot their purse, we gave it to the male cashier with the ponytail, and he kept it in a safe place until she came back.

Nando's was a surprise being tucked into an outdoor mall. I had mango-lime chicken with fries. The spice was as advertised sweet and spicy. Loved the fries. I messed up my order by getting one too many drinks. They came over to check knowing we had a party of two. Immediate refund given. Much appreciated although the lemonade was a huge hit and I probably would have drank it anyway!

In general the food is flavorful but the price is not justified for a DIY restaurant.The staff are pleasant, but they only point you to your table, tell you how to place your order and then drop it off when it's ready. Filling your drinks, getting napkins and utensils, condements are all self service. Need more ketchup, get up and grab a bottle. Which is freeing in one sense but shouldn't come at a premium cost.
