I love this location. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but I know the employees are trying their best. I recommend doing in-cafe pick up as I have never had any issues. Drive-thru can be slow as well, so I don't recommend that. My food always tastes really good and the same every time!!

Mindblowingly slow. The make you use kisoks to order and only 1 out of 3 work. After that, you'll be lucky if you don't have to have to wait an extra 10 minutes for coffee to be ready. Good luck getting the staff to acknowledge you if that happens. Overall it will take you 15 minutes to order a coffee and a brownie. This please somehow manages to make the most simple transactions unbelievably painful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and location is very clean and well organized.I ordered the pepperoni mozzarella sandwich. It was good, but had only one layer of very thinly sliced pepperoni, which was disappointing. I understand everywhere has to trim costs to remain profitable, but that doesn't prevent my being disappointed

Came in for a quick lunch, something light, like salads. We were fortunate to have Bill as our cashier, to patiently help us (3 ladies) make our decisions, He made excellent suggestions, and we ended up with delicious chicken Caesar salads. Wonderful as always, and we all loved Bill. One wanted to hug him, and my cousin said she could marry him!! Great employee!!

No cilantro was in my Asian chicken salad. Not a good idea to order salad to go, tasted like stale McDonalds salad. Ordering is annoying since there was no full menu displayed up top. And I hate ordering on the kiosks....

I was shopping in the area and I decided to give this location one more try. Same result. The bread was good but there was hardly any chicken in the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. They must have a competition among their employees to see how stingy they can be on their portion control. Plus they were completely out of chips. Staff was polite. This "new" location is very difficult to get in and out of. I forecast a downturn for Panera nationally.

I assume the drive thru is meant to make things faster but this is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m a regular here and going through the drive thru is literal HELL. one way in, one way out and the service is SO SLOW. it’s awful.
