This place is amazing. The golf portion is new and fresh. The restaurant offering are way better than you would expect. Great place for kids (until 8pm).

A company that likes your money but not you. Needed to modify the reservation. Even though there were plenty of other times slots open, they refused to move our reservation to another open spot even though our reservation was still seven hours away. Terrible business practice. Will show up for the reservation but cancelled dinner there and will buy no drinks, so there you go. enjoy my 56 dollars.

This place went out of there way to make sure I was taken care. Thank you so much to the management, hosts, and staff. My 7 and 10 yr old loved there food and it wasn't too expensive at all! 5 stars highly recommend

I was very upset that we made a 2 hour drive and were denied in due to my kids being under 21 and it was 7:30pm. They need to post that it turns to 21+ at that time! (Found it posted in tiny writing) Why??? A mini putt place that won't take kids after 7:30 on a weekday! So stupid!

The place was amazing!!! The atmosphere, service, food was delicious. I was w a group of 12 celebrating a birthday and we definitely had a good time golfing, taking pics. We was on the Amber Emerald side. I'm definitely returning back to this establishment

Disappointed. Went on a Sunday afternoon for a 2pm game and then eat afterwards. First off, they sell too many tickets for games and don't seem to allocate the 4 courses to allow for throughput. We got put on the sapphire course which was a 15 minute wait to just get your ball. The other courses were not nearly as busy. After we started we played the first hole and then it was just a complete locked up traffic jam for the 2nd. After waiting another 10 minutes we complained and they moved us to the Ruby course. It was slightly better but these groups of 6+ people with young kids do not have their head in the game at all. I'm not sure they had any knowledge or concern that their incredibly slow play was backing up the entire course. At some point we realized that people were just playing the holes out of order because of the incredible slowness of some groups. That led to another issue, you never knew who was in line for a hole or just loitering. On top of all of this, all the holes seemed boring. They engineered most of the fun out of mini golf.We gave up after playing 6 or so holes as we wanted this to maybe be a 30-45min activity just to do something different. Then we went to eat at the venue and let's just say it was pretty poor service for the prices they charge. Probably just due to understaffing as it is everywhere. The food was fine though. The only thing I can say I really enjoyed was their ultimate margarita, which was excellent. It is unlikely I'd ever go again as it simply wasn't fun with a ton of waiting. You supposedly can order drinks while playing but we never saw anyone taking orders.

Our outing to Puttshack turned out to be quite enjoyable and surprisingly easy on the wallet. My family and I had a blast, especially considering it was our inaugural visit. Each putting hole brought something new to the table, boasting some innovative tech that added a fun twist to the game. However, I was taken aback by how compact the space was. As the day progressed, it felt a bit cramped, which was a tad disappointing. I had envisioned a sprawling space with larger golfing areas, rather than a condensed section. It's clear that a significant portion of the venue is dedicated to the restaurant and bar, which I get — it's probably designed to double as an adult hangout spot in the evenings. Nevertheless, it was the golfing experience that stood out for us, making it the highlight of our visit.

Try to give this place another shot went there today to have a nice afternoon with my husband. Aileen was the bartender in which, when leaving gave us the amount of our bill without an actual receipt. I paid cash and she never came back with the actual Bill to look at or change and was told when she did come back that as a company they round up. When I asked for the bill and she gave it to me. She added something on the bill that we did not even have, and I asked to speak to a manager. She stated to me it wasn’t her fault because she’s the only bartender there for the entire restaurant. Just be aware ! They add items to people’s bill and are very in customer friendly. And this is a place kids go to!- First off I think the puttshack was OK. The big problem that I had with Purrshack was actually the bathroom. It probably sounds funny but in the ladies bathroom it has individual stalls. The stalls are from ceiling to floor, there is not any light or space that is around the doors. You honestly have to really look to see if the button shows open or vacant. As a mother and at a place to where kids teenagers frequent, I believe that this can be a dangerous situation. This is a huge safety issue in my eyes. I understand that this is a new thing maybe but it would make me very leery cause many things happen way too fast!

My mini-golf experience was fun! But if you look younger than 25 and want to enjoy a night out with your friends by ordering a drink here, read the rest-Before mini-golf started, me and my friend decided we wanted to get a few drinks. (Keep in mind, they check your ID when you walk in after a certain time because they have 21+ only nights). We sat at the bar and unfortunately our interaction with the bartender was not ideal. I am a young adult, so naturally she asked to check my ID (I have no problem with this because I know I look young). The bartender walked off with both of our IDs and did not tell us what was going on. I assumed she was just going to another scanner because hers was not working. She came back 5 minutes later without my ID to tell me that although both IDs scanned/registered, she wanted her manager in the back to take a better look since there is a high volume of fake IDs coming in. I said okay. After another 8 minutes I walked up to the host at the check-in desk and asked to speak with the manager myself. I explained the situation to the front end supervisor. The front supervisor approached the bartender who had ALREADY gotten confirmation that my ID was a valid ID from her back end supervisor, and told her again that we are good to serve. (She still had both IDs after getting confirmation from her manager in the back, she just didn’t bother to return the IDs to us or serve us!) After getting a second verification from the supervisor I spoke with, the bartender then comes back to the bar to return both mine and my friend’s ID.She proceeds to tell me “whoever made your ID is really good because it seems so real” but my friend should “tell the person who made her ID to be better next time”. I was absolutely taken aback by her accusation that mine or my friend’s ID was fake when not 1, but 2 supervisors had already told her that they were both real IDs! It was such a disrespectful and uncalled-for comment to make. I told her again that it is not a fake ID and that I am 22. She then snatched the ID from my hand to show me what about it made her suspicious! At this point I became irritated and could not deal with her anymore and simply said “we are not doing this, where is that manager” A security guard then noticed the tension and approached me at the bar. Walking up right after him was the back-end manager who was checking my ID.As the manager is clarifying the situation, the bartenders are standing across from me making comments about how annoying I am with one another and rolling their eyes. (Not a good look, again!) After he walks away and returns our IDs, we are still seated at the bar but now the other 2 bartenders were visibly ignoring serving us. After about 25 minutes, me and my friend were finally served by a stale faced bartender who was not happy to be serving us. Like I did something wrong??Lol otherwise, mini-golf was a great time! All of this aside, I have some recommendations I would like to make for the staff -1. Do not take someone’s personal document and leave them wondering where it is or what is going on for several minutes.2. If there is an issue like this in the future, call the manager to the front. Do not take an ID that registers as valid to the back.3. And I can’t even believe I have to say this, but please mind your manners!I understand the risk and safety policies at hand, but I would appreciate it if your staff members followed proper guidelines to avoid other conflicts. That bartender was all over the place, inappropriate, and rude throughout our entire encounter and I hope she and the rest of the bartenders receive some sort of training or instruction on how to conduct oneself while serving to limit petty interactions like the one that I experienced last night. Thanks.

We had wanted to go here for a while, and it was worth the wait. The automatic scoring is very cool. We wish it was 18 holes instead of nine.
