This was my first time there and I loved it! I got the turkey burger and it was delicious. Received consistent texts and updates about my order and that was helpful! Placed a pick up ahead of time and they notified me it would be ready 2 mins after the scheduled time. Not an issue at all since I arrived 5 mins after pick up. So many options for anyone with any specific diets or restrictions. Can’t wait to come again!Dietary restrictions: I loved the turkey burger option for someone watching their blood pressure but still wanted that classic burger taste. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious but there were many mistakes made with the service. Ingredients swapped between orders. One of my friends didn't receive his fries. The server said she'd fix that and bring him fries, but never did. The shake was overpriced for being basically the same as what you'd get at a McDonald's.

Make no mistake. The star of the show here is the smash burger. It’s excellent. The sides are somewhat bland to me but filling. Free refills is a plus. Me, the wife and kid showed up here about 930pm and the staff was doing their end of day cleanup but still friendly. Stick with the classic smash burger cuz it’s the best.

Great customer service! My meal was taking longer than the rest of my family and the nice manager came over and offered me a side dish while I was waiting. He brought me a huge helping of sweet potato fries! Will definitely return.

We ordered two hamburgers, one order Brussels sprouts, one order fries, and one order sweet potatoes fries. Everything was extremely greasy. The food was dripping oil. We got two bottles of ketchup that were almost empty and the waitress came and took both of them from our table without even saying excuse me or anything. It was our first and last time there.

My wife and I decided to try smashburger in Oakbrook on the way to Woodfield Mall. Our meals were excellent and I would definitely go back to thus location. We each had double cheese burgers, smash fries and fountain drink.If you have ever been to Five Guys. The smashburger double cheese burger is comparable to a Five Guys regular cheese burger in size but smashburger was seasoned way better than any Five Guys burger I've had. The smash fries are awesome and well seasoned with a blend of rosemary, garlic and olive oil.Smashburger also offers smash tots but my experience was they didn't taste as good as the fries for some reason.This location was very clean, including the restrooms, with plenty of seating so you didn't feel crowded in.If you are looking for a tasty fast meal at a decent price, Smashburger should be on the go to list.

Smashburger has made me a believer again! After a horrible experience years ago at the Schaumburg location, my family and I decided to try this new location in Oakbrook Il. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. One of this things that impressed us the most is the manger Dante took his time and checked on the guest in the restaurant to ensure they were enjoying dinner. I expect this at a larger sit down place but not a local burger joint. The food! OMG was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to be back in the area.Thanks Dante for a wonderful experience.
