Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and poor time management by an employee at this location. I can’t exactly remember the name, but I feel like it started with a D and was similar to Darryl. Not only was he dismissive and completely inconsiderate on the phone, but he also tried to gaslight me and take zero accountability for their error. The vegan croissants are a very popular menu item and when I knew I would be needing multiple later in the day, I placed an order online for them at 1:55 pm. After 4:30 PM today day I received a phone call from this employee stating that they no longer had the croissants available and they just sold the last of them. I intentionally paid and ordered ahead to prevent this issue and as someone who is vegan we already have significantly limited options, so I am extremely disappointed by their lack of management. This employee then proceeded to lie and state that my order had only been placed five minutes before he called me, which only compounded my frustration. They need to figure out their ordering system in a better way and train employees better on customer service.

Slow, slow, slow, it's literally been five minutes since we have seen the person taking orders. Completely disappeared. Is this normally the way this store runs?

I went to grab coffee from Stan’s and as I was placing the order, everytime I would say something like “can you please add milk” “ can you please add half vanilla” between every sentence the server would interrupt and say “that’s it?” as if they want to get rid of me. I couldn’t finish a sentence without the interruption and after all that, they still got my coffee wrong. No milk, extra vanilla and the coffee tasted old. VERY BAR costumer service. I will not accept this and will never be returning to any Stan’s location.

I ordered a latte - they gave me black coffee with a tiny bit of milk. We realize you may not care about your job, but please at least make the drink people order and stop being lazy. I came back in to have it be fixed and the guy just put more cream in it, instead of remaking it. What a rip off.

I never get disappointed with the quality of Stan's products. But today, I was definitely disappointed in the quality of service I received from an employee named, Chris H. After I asked him to repeat my order just to double check before paying, he gave me attitude and repeated my order back to me "well that's what you ordered wasn't it?" This is not the type of customer service anyone should hire, i was only asking a simple question. Baristas should know better than to be rude in the morning before serving someone their coffee...

Came here for the Cronuts. I moved here from Stockton,CA & missing the Cronuts from Big Worm Bakery. Bought 6 items that cost me $26.94... so, a bit pricey.... But if the rest are as yummy as the apple fritter. It's worth the splurge.

Stopped in here at 6:25 pm and no one was manning the store...was really in the mood for the Boston Creme in the display but maybe next time I guess :(
The one guy who works here is very nice but that’s the problem, there’s only one guy. This place is understaffed and needs at least one other worker

Yay donuts! When we come to the Oak Brook Mall, we usually stop at Stan's. Unfortunately, we came in near Macy's, so we had to walk across the entire mall to get to the upstairs food court area (The District). We hit our 10k steps this day, haha. No coffee or shake this time, but I did get the glazed pretzel donut. It's probably one of the bigger donuts they sell. As usual, delicious! Something to note, this one's very messy because the glaze flakes off as you eat it. For those looking to try this Stan's, they usually have 1 employee working at the kiosk, so it can get busy fast, especially if someone orders a complex drink. It's a small kiosk, but they offer a lot

The chocolate cake and apple fritter are really good. The pistachio is overrated considering the reviews. Get yourself a chocolate cake with an iced latte. You won’t be disappointed.
