Paying $7 for a grande and never fails to receive my cup barely halfway full. What's changed because this isn't the only location. No whip. No toppings just less if I wanted a tall I would've for a tall.

It's a terrible place to SIT and have a coffee. Nothing against the employees but there are only a few tables & they are close. For a newer location the lay-out stinks.The warm tea I had on a cold day was well down, but would mot return.Also, hate how you have to leave a tip to get the machine to process payment (I guess you could hit "none" but it's pretty inconvenient).

Wow. I have been coming here for years! Everyone practically knows me. This new teenage girl with the thick glasses is the worst employee I have ever seen in my life. She doesn't work and she's rude on top of it. Lol. If you're miserable, quit your job. I dread when she takes my order because I have no idea what "mood" she will be in that day. She's very unprofessional and rude. She never greets anyone at the window and she has no manners like "thank you" "have a great day", like what the other nice ladies say to me. She needs to be fired or taken away from the window. Will he going to a different starbucks because I will not allow the disrespect of a girl yelling and giving attutide at the drive thru window. Extremely disappointed with Starbucks. I guess they will hire anyone now a days.
Being acknowledged when stepping in to pick up your morning coffee goes a long way. Customer service was less than optimal.

This is my favorite Starbucks store in the area. Partner energy is great and the drinks are *consistent*. One of the few Starbucks where you get the right drink regardless of who makes it. Thank you for being awesome!

Actually horrible, after placing an online order one of the employees tried making my mother who has stage 3 cancer and is *immunocompromised* come into the store.When she told them she couldn't go into the store because she is immunocompromised they refused and barred her from the store after being very reasonably upset and requesting for the employee's name to make a report to corporate.
