Victor was super helpful - recommended the Harvest Bowl Salad and it was fresh, unique and satisfying. I love the airy modern decor & the beach lounge music was relaxing & for a cloudy Midwest day- it felt good. Can't wait to try their other salads and bowls!

The food was really, really great, and the atmosphere was chill and kind. However the service was rather rough. Took a long time and it felt like all of them were wandering asking each other the same questions over and over, but nobody was helping customers. Overall good tho!

Absolutely horrible. $17 for a "hot chicken bowl" that had one tiny chopped piece of chicken . And was also cold. So disappointing I want my money back.

I see this place having potential, but it's quite expensive for how little food you're getting. I spent near $20 for a paper thin cheese pizza that I was able to consume in 2 minutes. Definitely not a place I'd recommend if you're looking to fill yourself up for a respectable price. I do like the interior design, however.

I love sweet green, however this location is a complete disaster. The staff is not very friendly, and every time I come in the line is almost out the door and the staff will just stand there making online orders and not helping the actual humans standing in front of them, making it take an insanely long time. They’re also not very knowledgeable about the ingredients or anything so it kind of ruins the experience.

Really disappointed with my $20 salad order. They didn't even cut the egg, or the avocado, just threw them in there whole. There are apples and carrots in my salad that clearly got mixed in via cross-contamination, what if I had an allergy? the salad did not contain those ingredients? The lettuce was soggy... for $20?? Don't recommend this location specifically, other Sweet Greens are better.

I ordered a Miso Salmon plate and the avocado that came with it was all brown. I also ordered a harvest salad and the apples that were put in it were slimy. The service was very slow.

Wow,never been this disrespected in a restaurant before. ARIANA is unbelievably rude person. Miserable with an attitude,if you hate your life don’t transfer it on people who come here to eat. Go tend livestock,you’re not equipped to work in a hospitality industry.

I bought this salad on 10/25 for $20.46. The salad came with wrong ingredients and the bowl was not even half full. The spinach (which was not listed as an ingredient for the hummus crunch salad) was soggy and black and the cucumbers were soft and translucent. I have asked them at least 6 times for a credit for this and have only received $12 for a salad I had to throw out. They told me I needed to provide the label from the top of the salad as well... Why would I have saved that?? This salad was purchased through their app--- so they have all the information.

I will never eat here again. This is the kind of place that presents itself as a healthy option, but all that means is they overcharge for small portions. Also all the food sits out on a buffet bar so it's not even fresh. The employees working act like they are severely inconvenienced when you come in.The only reason I went was because I had a reward, order a protein plate and get 30% off next order. Ordered the salmon plate. When ordering it told me out of avocado, pick something else. No problem- dropped some sweet potatoes on the order. Wouldn't you know they charged me extra. No problem I thought, I'm sure I can contact customer service to have it refunded.Went in to pick up order, said "Hi.. Thanks!". Didn't even get an acknowledgement from staff. When I finally dug into my bowl, no sweet potatoes, no dressing, basically $17 for a piece of salmon and a couple scoops of rice. Oh yeah, never received the 30% off deal either. Contacted customer service. 4 days no responses.

Always dirty. Slow service. Can't hear what any of the staff are asking and they seem totally disinterested in their jobs. I'm assuming this is a reflection on management. Got sick about an hour after eating a salad this time (our second time ever). Cup of hummus for salad was frozen. Out of many ingredients. Will never return or recommend.

If you care about getting greeted, or be talked to, or be acknowledged, AVOID this place at all cost. I went there on October 4th at 7:40PM: Overall, it felt like I was a nuisance to them, perhaps they couldn't wait to get out there. Anyway, your staff needs training. Your food is decent but the poor customer service makes it not worth it.

Don't get me wrong, I love Sweetgreen and the food is delicious. but I HATE this location! And it's really sad and pisses me off because this is the location closest to my house. My husband I spend hundreds of dollars there, but we will not spend not one more red cent at this location. We was coming here numerous times and the service has been consistently bad. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to get 1 salad. They would only have 1 person in the front fixing the salads and on the register. Everyone else is walking around in the back doing other things when they should be in the front helping getting the line down. The line is long and they don't move with any urgency. They have a don't give a f attitude. Every time I get my salad made, I have to practically beg to get more toppings. The salad maker keeps telling me about the up-charge for extra toppings. I don't care about the up-charge, I'll pay for it. Just give me what I ask for! The last time I was there, 2 of the workers walked in the back and said that someone will be right with us. Why could you not help me. Nobody came to help us. Someone else came to the front to make a mobile order and ignored us. We walked out and are not coming back. We ended up going to the Oak Park location where we were serviced right away, and they wasn't stingy with the portions. I hope this Oak Brook location get shut down!

As someone who has been eating these salads for years and in several cities, the Oakbrook location is the worst location…and not just a one off….every SINGLE time we order for pick up or delivery the order is wrong. Every time. Without fail. And it’s always on the sweetgreen app! You’d think they’d at least get it right off their own app. What’s the point in giving consumers the option of 1 or 2 dressings if you’re only going to put 1 in the salad regardless???? And why is the salad literally half the size vs when you’re there in person and they’re making it in front of you? So disappointing every single time.
