OK, they sell seafood, but this is not what I tried since the place was quiet. Overall, this is an excellent, cheap and cheerful joint, classic whole in the wall restaurant which I love to review. Go there. The cocktails are amazing, reasonable and good and ypou eat well for $12. Can't beat that/ Taco El Pastor amazing and friends were happy. Remember this is basic but fun!
I just placed an order to go for a fish ceviche tostada and a steak taco with onion, cilantro, and sour cream on a corn tortilla and DIOS MIO!! Lol, delicious! I would recommend ordering for pick up if you’re low on patience because they are short staffed. So if you do dine in, don’t take that out on the waitresses (2), they were both very nice. So so so good. Very satisfied.

Fried red snapper was delicious it was served with white rice and fried, salad cut up pepper and toast Italian bread.They have me going back everytime I visit Illinois, their food us very tasty. I tell all my friends that go to Chicago to go to Chencho's and they do go and told me u was right.
