A few years ago, this location used to be consistent. I have no idea what went wrong, but my orders are consistently made wrong every single time I order. I can't remember a recent time my order was made the way i ordered it to be made. Today one of my pizzas was made completely wrong, I ordered a thin crust, no cheese, mushrooms and bell peppers. what I got was a regular hand tossed with cheese, mushroom and bell pepper. I let the driver know and he told me to call the store and let them know. I did that, and it made my experience even worse as i had to wait on the phone listening to the hold audio for 5 minutes before someone picked up my call.Please take a closer look at the orders you receive. what is the point of having "Quality Check" on the status if you guys aren't checking for anything? I have been ordering from this location for the past few years an i am considering stopping.

First order I put in they mess that order up they put sausage over the whole pizza an I only wanted it 1/4 of the pizza then my second order the crust was not done it tasted like raw dough an it also had hair on my pizza so I dent even eat it I put it in the garbage so I would never purches from there again

Don't waist your money I believe almost every other Dominos is better than this location. And just seeing the reviews I notice the owner keeps deleting the reviews cause almost all reviews are from 3 years or older. I remember my friend that lived near by ordered food it was like a deal with pizza and a 2 liter pop. Let me also say it was delivered to his house the pizza came but no pop the delivery person said he forgot it and will bring it on the next delivery even tho it sounded stupid but we said sure no problem. Well he never showed and when we called to see what happened to our pop that we definitely needed to wash down the food the manager which was a lady said he delivered it and we had a big argument. We complained to dominoes HQ they definitely sent them the message cause the owner calls me which I found out its a sole owner domino's doesn't own it so the owner calls tells me he's sorry whatever I told him how your establishment is wrong and needs to fire the manager for her actions on this case. Well lol I go a week later to pick up a order the same lady I believe was on the phone was serving me she literally tells me this is your order I said yes she returns the pizza in the warmer and tells me I'm not allowed to order food from there again lol not only that she barred me from online orders which I never knew they can do. This place is horrible and the owners name was Tony I thought he was honest on the phone turned out to be a real jerk. Hope you don't delete this post cause I'm gonna keep writing again and again and again well bye jerky Tony I know you see these reviews.
I recently visited your Oak Forest location around 8pm on 11/11/2023 and had an incredibly frustrating experience that left me extremely disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed one of the employees engrossed in a phone call, seemingly working on a previous order that went wrong. This wouldn't have been an issue if they had acknowledged me or prioritized our needs, but unfortunately, that was not the case.A couple who arrived before me took the time to look at the menu before joining the line. It was quite frustrating to witness the employee finish their phone call without saying a word or even acknowledging our presence. It felt as if our time and patronage were not valued at all.To make matters worse, the employee proceeded to remake the incorrect order without washing their hands or wearing gloves. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, especially considering there were at least five other employees within eyesight. It was discouraging to witness such a lack of attention to basic hygiene standards.As I waited for the order to be remade, the person behind me asked if anyone was working the register. Instead of a polite response, an older lady employee rudely replied that no one was working the register at the moment, while the other five employees stood idly by. This level of indifference from the staff was both shocking and disappointing.At this point, the couple behind me decided to leave, clearly fed up with the situation. Finally, the employee who hadn't washed his hands handed me my order, which I had made online. However, they didn't even acknowledge the extensive wait I had endured.Given the complete lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and overall disregard for customer service, I have made the decision that this will be my last time ordering from this particular location. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in quality and customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the overall experience for future customers.
