Seriously never order the shepherds pie. A little ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes and 4 cups of gravy with literally not one piece of meat and some unmelted cheese.Chicken and wings were so dry they were like eating dust.We placed a large order. Sent one of the guys from our team to pick it up, they were rude. He asked for a box because we had 13 orders. The lady helping him went to ask and he heard the person in the back snap that they didn’t have any boxes.No one offered to help carry everything out, they didn’t even hold the door. They weren’t busy. Just rude.We place a large order at different restaurants once a week. But we definitely will not be going back to Oliver’s

Service is always TERRIBLE. Even when they aren't busy. The food is sub par at best, and drinks served in plastic (even a martini). Their POS system is hot garbage so they can never split checks. We only go here when we have a large group because they can always seat us.

The bartender got our drinks and did not check in even though other people joined our group and were waiting for drinks. They ended up sharing our buckets. They have loud music blasting the entire night so that it is hard to speak to others. I'm not sure if the bartender took over the Touch Tunes and wouldn't allow anyone to play anything else, because it was "locked" on the app. Couldn't ask because the bartender seemed to be ignoring anyone she didn't personally know. It was slow songs and not a bar vibe for a Friday night. My group ended up leaving because of it.

Good sports bar with a good selection of beers and spirits. The staff were friendly. The wings were tasty with a little kick to them. Plenty of televisions to watch your favorite team. It's a good place to catch up with your friends.

We had a great lunch today at Oliver’s in Oak Forest. I got a wonderful cilantro salad with shrimp and my friend got a grilled chicken sandwich that was huge and very tasty. Our server was also great. Highly recommend!

Heard the wings were good so decided to try the place with a group of 4 couples last weekend. We were told up front that they would not do separate checks and a tip would automatically be added. Our waitress kept disappearing, but there were 3 of them catering to a party at the table next to us. It took 45 minutes for our food order to be taken and another 35 minutes for our food to be served (came out in waves - some of us were done eating before the last person got her order). The food itself was good, other than the salads which were sitting in water. We had to track our waitress down one last time to ask for our bill, as we just wanted to leave since we were there for 2 hours at this point, and the bill indicated the tip added on was 20%. This high of an added tip was annoying as we were not able to express our unhappiness at the lack of service. We then caught that the tip amount was actually 37.8% of the bill. The waitress corrected it when it was brought to her attention ("I don't know where that amount came from.") but then she calculated the 20% on the after tax amount. At that point I just wanted out, but we won't be stopping in there again.

Very slow service. Food came in threes. People were done eating when other people got there food. They said that they didn’t have mozzarella sticks, but the owners kids were eating them. They took better care of the owners kids then the customers and I thought it is suppose to be customers first. I would not recommend this place.
