This place's only problem is their hours are always inconsistent so they aren't open even when they are supposed to be. I've had to go to other Mexican spots because of that.

I don't know if the owners are different but this place used to be so good and fresh. I think the food is awful and it's not as clean as it once was . It doesn't look as busy as it used to be

Not a family friendly dine-in location. All the tables are high top, so unable to accommodate small children. Other than that the customer service was stellar and food was delicious. Would recommend ?

The food was actually very good to my surprise. Place was clean with some inside seating. Doesn't seem to get busy though.

I don't know if it's new owners but, not the unique burrito place it used to be. In fact, didn't have anything I used to order or would want, so left without ordering.

Nice home cooking tacos de asada with arrachera meat, the right meat. Salsa were on the spot and fresh. Its a small joint and parking is limited but worth it.

Definitely not the same. Wondering if it changed ownership. I used to go every once in a while and I was never disappointed. I went today and was taken by surprise when I was told a tostada, taco and side of rice would be $16 ?. I ended up getting a meal that was only a few dollars less but still very over priced. Not to mention my beans were very soupy. Probably won't be back with those prices...smh

Recently started staying out this way and coming from the city learned very quickly that suburban people don't know what good tacos are lol. Luckily we finally found a place worth coming back to. This has been by far the best tacos we've had in the area. We enjoyed everything we had burrito, tacos, rice, the salsas were good if you like spicy ask for the habanero. The al pastor was up there with some of the best we've had anywhere.

The steak is good. I get it cooked well done with extra sazon (seasoning). However, the prices are RIDICULOUS! A burrito costs $11.99 but to deep fry it (chimichanga) costs $5 more, $16.99. Tacos are $4 and don’t include cheese (that’s extra) and the meat and tacos are skimpy. Nonetheless, this place is better than all the other Mexican restaurants nearby. The 3 stars is for the prices.

Worst Burrito I have ever eaten hardly any steak, greasy and fatty. Lacked any spice in the meat. Verde sauce was watered down

Big Burrito is in Oak Lawn, not Mt.Greenwood. It is a nice clean little joint with some good chow, but service is kinda slow and sketchy and the prices are going thru the roof. However, that said, I've never yet had anything bad from there, and they are always nice to deal with. They also recently cancelled Taco Tuesdays. The intersection they are located on, 111th and Cicero, is a high-volume traffic area, and the parking lot is not easy to get in and out of, so be careful if heading there.
