Not paying your employees is a damn shame. This is exactly why getting employees to work won't happen with employers like you. That's in addition to taking away loyalty points and cutting down on menu items.

The quality of the store, employee's and food had gone down. They do not clean the store the bathrooms are horrible. They're not enough employees working, I've only see two maybe third in the back. Customer Service is not good, and they never have enough food, they run out and do not replenish. The store owner needs to surprise visit and see for themselves unless they don't care either. Whoever owns Boston Market should also look into this because these reviews bring down the other branches as well.

If i could i would give a -1 star , the menu items are not available at all and the chicken is old most of the time, I’m not sure what happened but they just need to close , and the staff not helpful at all , this place sucks and used to be ran so well before the other mgr was promoted. He couldn’t possibly be the district manager of this store, it’s such a terrible representation of the franchise . Old dry chicken and why am i getting my chicken in a cardboard box , someone is cutting corners big time , two quarters and $12 nope not again .i

So disappointed. Menu items were limited. Food was dry. Place looked shabby. Ordered meatloaf and sides, got mash potatoes with no gravy available. Just a bad experience overall and Boston market used to be such a quality place in the past.

It has been our favorite place to eat, but the food started to tasted diffent, the chicken now is too dry and o over cook. The place also looks bad now. The ceiling, windows and walls look so dirty. It looks like a new owner is running the place.

Discretion is advised. This is my personal opinion on this location and on Boston Market as a whole. Once upon a time this restaurant was a place of quality food and service. Now it has seem to have plummeted to its lowest peek, although the food is ok service at this location is poor and displeasing. If the quality of customer service is poor why would you want to taste the food or even return to patronize this restaurant. Food runs out before closing and the attitude about it is nonchalant. In this review I will highly not recommend eating here your dollar could go along way somewhere else. Thank you all for reading. Have a wonderful day!

It had been a few years since I stopped by this Boston Market shop and now I remember why…they are always “out of” something on their menu. The service is poor, the prices are (as with everything else) higher than last time, and portions are smaller! Not sure if I’ll be coming back. Perhaps in a few years after I forget the experience again…

Today’s visit was uncharacteristically different . The environment was dark, no menu posted, missing food items, unappealing Mac and cheese, and lack luster service.

The smell upon entering is not acceptable for a food establishment. The cornbread was replaced with bread rolls that may have been purchased from Jewels. The restroom is not clean and the employees are unbothered by any of it with little customer care. Disappointing.

This place is near rock bottom. I don't know what happened to this franchise. Half the menu was advertised in the store but wasn't available. I was served a dinner roll instead of their traditional corn muffin. I threw the roll in the trash as soon as I got home. If this is what Boston Market has become, I'm never going back after more than twenty years. The quarter chicken was the smallest chicken I have ever seen with my own eyes. The chicken gravy had no flavor except the pepper they used. Bland is the best way to describe it. OMG !

I get a specific order for me and my family each time I go. The food is always delicious. There's never a hassle. The staff is always polite, courteous, pleasant, respectful and professional.

The food was bad, no seasonings no taste. The mashed potatoes were really gross and the creamed spinach was dreadful.
